Tried most of the curry houses in Walsall town centre and this is our favourite by far. The food is always tasty and the surroundings are more plush and comfortable than other places. The best thing is the service, as the guys are always friendly and welcoming. Just had our first takeaway delivered and it arrived 40mins before expected. Lovely place, lovely staff, lovely food.
fantastic food, excellent service. I had a Chicken Balti and Mushroom fried rice, Husband had the Chilli chicken with sizzling rice. 2 bottles of beer, 2 small glasses of wine the bill come to just over £34. Well worth a visit.

It has been a while since we dined in GM but we have takeaways from there all the time. I can honestly say that, in my experience, this is one of only a handful of places where the takeaways are the same quality as the dine in food. The staff are always polite, chatty and helpful and I am always welcomed and treated as a valuable customer. It isn't cheap, but as in most things in life, you get what you pay for. I do not hesitate to recommend this restaurant; it is excellent :)
Fantastic food, fantastic staff, nicely decorated restaurant and in my opinion the cleanest toilets in Walsall, they even have a vase of fresh flowers in the gents. The owners love that place and it shows 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This is the best Indian restaurant in Walsall. The food is amazing if we decide to eat in or have a take away. The restaurant is always clean all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The owners are lovely too they always make time to come and have a chat with us.

We love Golden Moments! The food is amazing, always cooked perfectly and the service is quick and friendly. There are soft drinks and alcoholic drinks available, including cocktails. The range of dishes is good and includes a good number of vegetarian options. We ordered garlic chilli King prawn, sag aloo, masala chips, paneer Tika masala, plain naan and rice. For dessert we had a Maltesa ice cream and pistachio kulfi. All of the food was lovely and service was faultless. The bill was just under £70, but we did also have two drinks each - Kingfisher and Cobra. I highly recommend this restaurant!
It's been 25 years since I've had a curry in town, and went after the footy. Well it was amazing. We didn't book but got lucky with a table. Opens at 5.30 and by 6pm on a Saturday this place was very busy, which is a sign of good food. Now onto the food, it was amazing and didn't disappoint. We all tasted each others dishes and each one was full of flavour, well done the waiter for those recommendations. Staff very nice, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Starters, mains and beers for three adults all under £100. Great place, will be back but this time with a booking.
Perfect. Went in midweek so pretty quiet, Every food portion was plentiful. Staff were most welcoming and polite. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will most certainly go there again.

We ordered a meal from Golden moments on Good Friday after driving down from Rossendale to visit our friend. The 3 meals arrived pipping hot and earlier than the time that we was given. All 3 meals were absolutely out of this world.... so flavoursome and delicious... the pieces of chicken were huge! I asked for mine to be made slightly differently to the menu description, and the meal I received was the best curry I have ever tasted.... I rang the restaurant up when we had eaten our meals to say how amazing the food was... and that it was well worth the 2 hour drive down, infact we will be making a return journey soon as it was so good...

Had a birthday / retirement party. My guests know their Indian food and we ordered a variety of dishes. Everything on our plates was first class. I love Methi gosht and this one scored a ten. The staff are superb. A restaurant that has always had a good reputation in this town and certainly standards are still high. First class dining experience
Yet another fantastic meal. The food here is consistently excellent. All the staff are polite and friendly. The best restaurant for miles around . I wouldn't recommend many places but if you have never been here then come and see for yourselves .You won't be disappointed
We’re from the Cannock area and usually to go out once a week with friends for a curry but as we have a huge choice of restaurants, we tend to stay local. However, we decided to use Golden Moments on Saturday as our friends highly recommended the food and restaurant as they have been before.
The restaurant was nicely decorated, spacious and well lit. Several tables were round, which is brilliant for larger parties and the other tables fairly well spaced out. The staff couldn’t be more gracious and their uniforms made them look super smart.
We ordered and were all very happy with our various meal choices, finding exceptional flavours from the spices used along with a little hint of heat to tingle our lips. Our choices to recommend were Smoked paprika chicken, Chicken balti and Sizzling tilapia (which was my choice and it was divine!) We will definitely return!
Moved to Walsall from Handsworth in Birmingham five years ago we have been looking for an authentic Asian restaurant after so many many disappointments we have found Golden Moments Our search is over…. Thankyou
Went Golden Moments last night with lads, I must say very clean, food was very good and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout. Wasn't over priced either its what you would expect to pay, I have been to a lot worse places and paid a lot more for what we had. Will see you again.
Nice food in this place , staff are polite and helpful, will be going back again. Would not recommend delivery , curry comes very watery, the food is not the same as eating inn 10 x better eating in..would recommend
