Had a lovely experience at the George Stephenson today. On entering we were welcomed by the manager Craig who was very pleasant and showed us to our seats, even fetching us a high chair for our (his words) little princess �
Our waitress was a lovely young lady named Sophie who was very attentive to our needs, very polite and went above and beyond by providing us with a cold plate automatically as the plate our one year old daughters meal was on was hot. I have never experienced that before so I thought it was great �

Has a lovely meal at the Harvester( George Stephenson) we had stopped going there Before it became a Harvester because food was awful Wow what a difference Everything was cooked perfectly came piping hot and displayed on the plate really nice Black forest Sundae was to die for and the choice of flavours on the soft drinks was fantastic even better they came with free refills 10/10 on everything including our lovely waitress will definatly be coming back more often well done Harvester ������
Had a lovely meal with family tonight, staff were very welcoming and service was good, Katie our waitress was very attentive. I always enjoy the salad bar at a Harvester, it's a really good choice and a nice start to the meal. For main meal tonight I had the Simply Salmon which was very tasty served over ratatouille and chive mash. My treacle sponge with ice cream was delicious, and there were plenty of options which were all enthused about by a lady that's worked there for 19 years! It wasn't overly busy so, for me, it was a lovely atmosphere. Toilets were clean but the "Mens" were out of order in the restaurant but there's another in the bar. It's a shame that there was a chunk of food under the table left from the last diners. Overall a lovely night and I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.
Perfectly tasty food, excellent breakfast options, nice atmosphere inside, many tables. Polite and friendly service. But only one bad thing, caught a kerb with a front bumper when I parked my car.
Always have a lovely meal! The halumi burger is honestly to die for and the cheese and tomato tart. Bonus they also start doing blue light card discount. We were served by Natalia who was lovely and friendly and always checked to see if we needed anything.
I don’t ever go anywhere else for a meal.

7 of us had a lovely meal tonight and was served by Emma! The food was lovely and the salad bar was nice and fresh. The service we received all night was great off Emma. Thank you🍔🥓🍗
Ultimate breakfast very nice staff friendly and attentive. Looked after allergens with no problems at all :)
We had visited relatives and popped in for tea after heading home. They were busy but managed to fit the 2 of in.
I had the 3 small dishes for £13.99 was good value for money and was very tasty with a lovely refreshing mocktail.

Just had a stunning breakfast at Harvester Reedswood. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasty-thanks so much Jordan and Josh. Service was also wonderful very attentive-thank you Nat. We will be returning very soon
Left a 1 star for this place 5 years ago. Drastically changed in recently years, the team in place are fantastic. We had the pleasure of Vicki serving us last night. Place was a little chaotic with all the kids running riot, but that’s down to the poor parenting. Staff were amazing, organised and pleasant service. Ran out of sauce on the salad cart and it was replenished quickly. Considering how busy it was the team were very on the ball. Came for breakfast the other morning too and the morning team are lovely and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Place appears to get really busy in the evenings with families and small children. If your not a fan of kids running around whilst your trying to eat this probably isn’t the best place but if you come a little later you’ll avoid them. Rotisserie chicken was tasty and moist. Will be back again!
Booked a table for 4 adults and one child on the way home from a day out. Got a table quite easily. We were greeted upon arrival and shown to our table. Vicky was our waitress for the evening, she was lovely, very friendly explained everything clearly and was very patient with our grandson. There is limitless salad bar and our main meals were plentiful and well cooked. No one need leave feeling hungry
