THIS PUB IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
We visited the Farmers Boy yesterday to show support for our local pub on their grand opening
We were greeted with a smile from friendly staff and shown to our table
The pub itself looked in a good, clean and tidy condition, we are always weary of trying new food venues and usually stick to our regular places that we can trust.
The food was of good quality and the service was fantastic, the price of our meal and desert was very reasonable for the portion sizes
We will definitely be returning and would recommend this venue

I was impressed with the new outlook to The pub, it was long needing an update. On arrival we were welcomed and sat to a table, we was greeted by the staff and given chance to order food. I was impressed by the food it was really good quality, as was the service provided to us. I enjoyed the atmosphere and wine.
My only negative was the amount of flies that was around us whilst eating, this isn't as much as the pubs fault but more so we sat at table 1 by the doors.
I would defiantly go there again and eat and drink.
What can I say this place is highly fantastic starting with the roast dinner I had which was fantastic so big thanks to the chef, the place is so easy to get to with parking for everyone. well done to Adam & the team for the great hospitality and made our afternoon feel special from walking through the door… highly Recommended will definitely be visiting again….value for money guaranteed
Visited the pub for the first time since its been under new management. Asked for the steak well done was grately surprised that for the first time in 16 years of eating out at various places that I haven't had to send a steak back to be redone where its come under. Fantastic meal would highly recommend and will be visiting again in the near future. Warm and friendly staff good service and couldn't have asked for more
Come here most weeks with my dad and daughter, Lovely food never disappointed.

Fabulous food. Great atmosphere. My burger came out under cooked for me which I'm very fussey! I sent my burger back and was sorted in no time all down to my own fussy needs! Would highly recommend the farmers boy!
Me and my family went here tonight and the food was amazing 🤩 we all ate every bit and the drinks were great too...
My kids enjoyed the park outside too. Will definitely be going back. Thanks guys
