I was there for a walk, walked round the fishing pond. Very organised fishing farm, cleaned and lot of parking spaces. There's a nice cafe as well.
Really good fishery, close to London and very convenient for the M25. Plenty of lakes with lots of different fish sizes for every skill of fishermen. Lakes can get a little overfished, but still a brilliant day out fishing. It also has a cafe, which serves tea, coffee and dinner, and light snacks.
Absolute amazing place!! I fished the bottom lake after being advised by a friend that all four lakes were well stocked and caught a beautiful ghost carp after literally 30 mins and the bites and catches never stopped the whole time. Lovely place to fish, swims well distanced, on site shop. Good sized fish to put a bend in a rod. Great on site cafe too. All abiding by the rules.
My favourite fishing place on the planet , great place to relax there’s a cafe on site and toilets , fantastic carp on the main lake plenty of silvers , ghost on the damsel lake , wonderful onsite tackle shop with great prices , tons of memory made here in this lake. Very secluded and tranquil. There is easy access to all 4 lakes and there is plenty of space to be able to fish without others disrupting you. The average you would have to pay is £7 For the day which is very reasonable compared to other available fisheries.

I am new to fishing having only been a handful of times. On my last visit i got 2 double figure carp on the float rod along with tons of bream a few larger roach and my first perch, in Damsel lake. Excellent place to fish everything on hand toilets cafe tackle shop and the swims are clean and well looked after, mixed bag of fish and the carp are big make sure you have the strong gear. I loved it there will go back soon .
