La Valle Cafe & Bistro

La Valle Cafe & Bistro gave us a very warm and friendly welcome after a long day walking around Waltham Cross! We initially walked from Cheshunt to Waltham Cross to do some shopping and were looking to have a nice relaxing skinny café latte to warm us up because it was a cold winter’s day! We immediately saw this really elegant and inviting looking restaurant and went inside and enjoyed an extremely warm and lovely tasting coffee served by an extremely nice friendly and attentive manager, who explained that La Valle had only just been opened to diners a week ago. We explained how good the restaurant’s ambiance felt and how splendid all the contemporary decor and furnishings looked! After our beverages we then walked around the town browsing the shops and pavilion mall. We walked all the way up to Lidl’s and back again fully intending to look for another restaurant to have our lunch in. However we didn’t find any restaurant in the whole of Waltham Cross town that matched the quality and atmosphere of La Valle so we decided to walk all the way back to the other end of the pedestrian walkway to have our lunch there. It was worth it! We walked into the bistro and were given an even better reception than we had experienced earlier! We weren’t disappointed! The lovely lady server was so attentive and seated us on lovely comfortable settees close to a deliciously warm radiator. She couldn’t do enough for us and her manager was just as professional and helpful too in trying to make our lunch experience enjoyable and memorable! We were delighted with our lovely well-presented well-proportioned delicious meals and were even given two free hot drinks on the house! They have an offer there that if you partake in eating a main meal you could have a free hot drink with it. The quality taste and presentation of our food was 5-star and had been cooked by their expert French Chef. For this reason, we want to highly recommend La Valle Restaurant & Bistro to all you happy customers who require an inexpensive delicious meal served by their excellent servers in a modern contemporary and convivial atmosphere! We will definitely be back eating at this wonderful establishment very soon knowing that we will be intently looked after and served with beautiful tasty food! If you fancy a change from the busy, noisy cafes of Waltham cross, this is the place to come. Quiet, spacious, comfortable, clean and classy. This place deserves to do well and is better than anything else that's tried to make it in this spot before. Prices are better than many of the over crowded eateries close by and the food is good. I will be returning.

Have been here twice and each time the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly. It could be busier but I put that down to the location- off the beaten track. Also the prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants who are putting their prices up. I can't understand some of the bad reviews on here, either they are talking about another restaurant or they have an ulterior motive. It does make you wonder.

100% recommend! Beautiful restaurant, gorgeous inside! Food was amazing! The service was absolutely fantastic! Had starter, main, dessert and coffee and wine. Our waitress was so lovely, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and made suggestion for me on my vege meal and she was spot on. Food was so tasty, fresh and came out hot. Beautiful portions too of everything! It was so so nice! Free parking nearby (as after 5pm on a Saturday). Beautiful ambience in the restaurant. 100% recommended this restaurant! Nothing I could fault at all! Thank you for an amazing night!!!
