Hanad was absolutely amazing. So helpful food came so fast and was sooo fresh. Hanad even came to check everything was okay! I would definitely visit again just to see him! So very polite and full of smiles

Popped in today, I have to say the manager on shift today, didn't get his name. But he went above and beyond to correct a mistake. Really appreciate it. You could tell that he cared about customer service. Deserves a promotion! Thanks again.

Olivia was amazing !!! She made the stay so comfortable and she was so attentive. Food was really good and well cooked. I will definitely recommend this nandos to my friends as it’s definitely the best one in East London.

Made the fateful decision to go for the nation's favourite cheeky poultry purveyor on A-Level results day.
The restaurant was BUZZING. There was a small queue to be seated. I was about to give up and go somewhere less popular with students, but the staff were amazing.
Helpful and firmly but friendly in control of the crowds.
The food was great. I think we all know the range of Nando's fare. Everything was hot and fresh and came out surprisingly quickly.
I had the butterfly chicken breast - which I expected to be crispy and breaded. But it came out grilled and covered in hot sauce. I decided to be British about it and eat it (tasty 😋😋), so I can't comment on them resolving the issue.
Unfortunately, their coffee machine was out of service so no hot drinks with pudding.
Two mains, two puddings 1 bottle of wine to share: Just over £60.

Love nando's, best chicken, and very good family pack price.

You know what to expect with Nando's. Great food at a price between fast food and full restaurant.
Service was very good in catering for my allergy, but you have to order from the single till, which means a queue does develop.
Atmosphere felt a little bit bland in this one and not as comfortable than I'd usually expect but overall a solid choice.

It's Nandos. It's fine.
This particular branch has a large outside area that's good for watching local Walthamstow life (harassed-looking mums, badly behaved children, a group of women seemingly setting themselves up to pick pockets, market stalls, middle-class dads with tote bags and baseball caps, Deliveroo riders congregating outside Five Guys).
The service was good. The food was fine, as expected.

A larger seating area than other Nandos that I have patronised and therefore the seating was very spacious 👍
Ordering the food was simple enough and the order came to our table rather quickly although there was a slight mix up with one item ordered.
Many of the Piripiri hot sauce bottles had no caps and another customer voiced her concerns about this. 😳
No paper towels in the men's washroom 🤨
However we enjoyed our late lunch here 😁

As food chains go this one is beautifully designed perfectly located and well staffed. On entrance we were greeted by a very enthusiastic member of staff in a very Americanised manner, over excited and loud, but and it’s a big but, she was nice and polite. We were ushered to our table and directed to use the QR code to order our food.
Now we have two points of view about this visit, my son said he would have preferred the personal touch the more human approach and did not enjoy the experience of not ordering directly to a real person. I on the other hand can kind of understand what he meant but was ok with the way I ordered the food. I scanned the QR code and ordered and paid for the food via Apple Pay.
The food arrived quite quickly and was as ordered. My son again complained that he would have liked someone to tell him where the plates and sauces were. So in a matter of minutes we had three members of staff including the manager asks us if everything was ok. Being British it felt a bit much, but actually they were very polite.
The food was as always was consistent so chicken is chicken, not much to talk about here. The restaurant is very modern and spacious and there was a mixture of age groups and families eating in. The decor is well designed and interesting. They have plenty of space inside and outside under parasols but today it was raining and a bit cold so no one outside. It’s located in a partly pedestrianised area and parking is difficult. All in all great place professional staff and good food.
