The beef pie and steak were great and the ale was smooth. The beautiful view just set the mood and staff made sure everything was on par with it. If you go there which I suggest you do, cap your evening up with walk on the riverside to just let it all come together.

Great Sunday Roasts! Especially the triple meat version. Slow roasted, tender and very tasty! Not normally a Sunday Roast fan, but at The Anglers it was marvellous!

Visited as part of large family birthday celebration. Food was excellent especially for a party of 60 guests. Staff were efficient and polite. Upstairs dining area is very pleasant with great views of the river. Wonderful setting but limited on parking spaces which is understandable due to the location. Well worth a visit and well done to the new management team.

Excellent croquettes! The mussels were delicious too! The sausage & mash needed a bit of a kick maybe, particularly the mash, maybe adding some herbs would have helped.
Thanks though, the staff was super accommodating, even when a sunny day turned out to be rainy and made us regret the decision to sit outside! :)

Had a lovely day out with my children we went on a beautiful walk by the river followed by food and drinks at The Anglers.
Looking forward to going again for a date night with my husband.
We were served by a lovely lady Natasha who made our experience even more pleasurable.

Booked a table at the Anglers for my husband and myself for a Sunday Roast date night. The beef was delicious and the roast potatoes delightfully fluffy and crunchy. We were served by Natasha who was delightful, polite and attentive. We left her a well deserved tip. Will definitely be returning, will bring the kids with us next time.

Unsure of all the terrible food reviews, best Roast I’ve ever had, get there triple roast, fantastic quality food and all clearly cooked fresh, quick service. Whoever cooked the roast on the 9th July 2023 needs a bonus. Absolutely outstanding food, cheaper than other pubs and portions twice the size. Will definitely be returning for another roast. Genuinely taken back by how delicious that was.

Beautiful location overlooking the Thames. Spent 3 of our 4 evenings in Walton there (including a wedding party) and absolutely enjoyed it. Thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely go there again when in the area next time.
