We had a great time with George the bartender and got to know Martin the new owner. He and George have done a great job making the Pub a very clean and inviting place to visit. They also host live music and will soon be serving food also. We will be back to visit and hope to spend a lot more time. Thanks to all, Bob.

A proper old-fashioned town centre pub. Decent selection of well-kept beers from Shepherd Neame. Quite simply decorated. Two TVs showing sport and a Juke box. Regular live music. Feels like a pub for locals and more likely to appeal to men.

Felt like a local from the moment we walked in. Thank you for making us feel like part of your family. We had visited the pub a few years ago, we were meeting as a close friend reunion. The Duke box is a lot of fun and George the manager made sure we had a great night.

Oh my what a night we chose to go with my two sons and friends. Who live outta Walton. Was a saturday and you had a live band. We had so much fun singing dancing . I had no voice the next day was a freak night and can't wait for a return visit. .
