Limited stock as not very large shop, but helpful friendly staff. However generally short shelf life on a lot of products which it most unhelpful if you're shopping for several days ahead!

Today we visited our local M&S and I have to say the staff are amazing here. We felt very safe in the shop and the very nice lady looked after our paint can by the door while we shopped. I hope you do well and never leave Walton. Thank you 🙏🏼

A massive thank you to the young lady on self service tills today. I left my phone at the checkout whilst paying this afternoon. Thank you for taking care of it and to the manager who was lovely when I went to collect it. It’s a great store and I’ll be back soon to do more shopping thank you 😊

For a small food outlet shop it has good variety and is always well stocked also has a cafe but this doesn't seem to open on Sundays has underground parking for 1 & half hours for free more than enough time for shopping and refreshments

I like M&S as their products always look wonderful. The problem is, so do some of their prices! I think I saw a speciality pack of crisps at £2.75 ! I'll did find bargains though and was happy. Staff are always wonderful here too. Parking was relatively easy (and free) but not the best of signage going in and coming out. Try it.

I rarely come to Walton but when I do I love to come to your food hall, it has a great variety of produce and I always find what I want....including a few extra treats! Staff so helpful and a free carpark behind the store brilliant

It was freezing! All the staff wearing their company-issue anoraks - indoors! Usual nice range of premium items, at premium prices, as one would expect...underground car park is a bit cramped and dingy, as inherited from Lidl...

I was so pleased to find some Gluten Free ready meals on this M&S branch. It's nice to have the option to grab something which can be ready to eat in lass than 5 minutes.
I do wish we had a M&S on Esher High Street though.
