The price for a burger could be seen a lot but they are very good and I recommend it

If you like burgers, you won't find much to complain about at GBK because it does what it says on the tin: serve upmarket burgers! A burger, chips and a drink will set you back just over £10.00 but as fast food fare, it is hard to find fault with. Just as with Nando's for chicken and Wagamama for noodles and rice, GBK have raised burgers from standard fast food, streamlined the service and offer continuity of quality from location to location. Great for lunch or dinner in a hurry.
A fantastic GBK with great staff and excellent customer service. GBK offers a wide variety of burgers and sides with food prepared freshly to order. The milkshakes are particularly good and worth trying out. They also offer a vegetarian burger option. My only issue with this particular GBK is the restaurant design. The room has very high vaulted ceilings, which make it quite cold over winter. Other than that I would absolutely recommend GBK as a great meal out.

I had fantastic customer service from these guys today, after Just Eat messed me around for over 2 hours. The restaurant was very apologetic despite not being to blame at all, and were able to cancel my order with Just Eat (who wouldn't let me cancel). I then placed the same order with deliveroo and the food arrived within half an hour and was delicious as always.
Thanks again to the staff member who dealt with this issue for me!
Here again and still love the place. Lady at the till was so lovely and even threw in a dip and a refill even though we used my rewards app. I've always had nothing but great service and fantastic food. Sam was her name, nothing impresses me more when people are coming to the end of their shift but still going out of their way to give us a great meal. Really respect that. Hope management take note! Brilliant burgers!
Very good burgers. Service is friendly but food often arrives slowly (I've had it free, though, when our lunch came once after 20 minutes). Quality is variable (slightly burnt burgers, chips overcooked or undercooked), but we still come back regularly for a good burger. It is good value when you've got a "free burger" voucher, or "2 for 1", otherwise it's expensive for what it is. We like the free monkey nuts.
Excellent service despite the queue to get in and staff being extremely busy because of increased demand due to the eat-out-to-help-out scheme. Staff came to our table more than once to ask if everything was OK, food was tasty, especially the vanilla milkshake which I like a lot.

For starters, what a location GBK is situated in with a nice selection of tables outside leading into a great indoor atmosphere if you so wish to dine inside, but why did we when the weather was at 27 degrees! So we made the most of it and sat outside, unfortunately we chose a wobbly table which resulted in the spilling of our milkshake (which by the way is HIGHLY recommended, banana being my choice and boy was it outstanding!) the situation was quickly addressed by a waiter who without a moment to loose replaced the milkshake free of charge.
Service undoubtedly plays a huge part in anyones dining experience, nobody wants a miserable server who clearly wishes he was anywhere else other then where they are stuck, serving you. This was not the case at this branch, every member of staff was helpful and happy and truly played a part towards our positive dining experience!
After the unforeseen spilling of the milkshake and outstanding response from the staff, we continued to enjoy our meal, happy with our choice of burgers and chips...sweet potato chips being our wildcard choice (also playing it safe and ordering skinny fries where you can't go wrong!) and boy were those sweet potato fries good, if you like that sort of thing!
There is only one more thing I need to leave you with, before you visit this restaurant, make sure you are hungry because you aren't going to want to leave a morsel of your plate. And if the weather is nice be sure to pick a seat outside, just watch out for the wobbly table! Enjoy :-)
Very tasty food.. Clean and tidy place
Lovely and clean place to dine at. Food was delicious and the wait time wasn't too bad, with food being served promptly. Staff were always friendly and looked like they were enjoying their jobs.
The manager Adrian looked after our group of 13 people. We loved the food and were served by great and friendly waiting staff.
They gave us a nice reduction as some of us were students! 👐🏻😊
