Excellent service despite the queue to get in and staff being extremely busy because of increased demand due to the eat-out-to-help-out scheme. Staff came to our table more than once to ask if everything was OK, food was tasty, especially the vanilla milkshake which I like a lot.

The manager Adrian looked after our group of 13 people. We loved the food and were served by great and friendly waiting staff.
They gave us a nice reduction as some of us were students! 👐🏻😊

The food here is always great!
I had fantastic customer service from these guys today, after Just Eat messed me around for over 2 hours. The restaurant was very apologetic despite not being to blame at all, and were able to cancel my order with Just Eat (who wouldn't let me cancel). I then placed the same order with deliveroo and the food arrived within half an hour and was delicious as always.
Thanks again to the staff member who dealt with this issue for me!

Lovely and clean place to dine at. Food was delicious and the wait time wasn't too bad, with food being served promptly. Staff were always friendly and looked like they were enjoying their jobs.

Good food and a great menu. Can never understand why all the items are sold seperately rather than as a meal. Staff could be warmer towards customers but not a bad experience if you like GBK, and if you make the most of their app/offers, it helps.

Very good burgers. Service is friendly but food often arrives slowly (I've had it free, though, when our lunch came once after 20 minutes). Quality is variable (slightly burnt burgers, chips overcooked or undercooked), but we still come back regularly for a good burger. It is good value when you've got a "free burger" voucher, or "2 for 1", otherwise it's expensive for what it is. We like the free monkey nuts.

A fantastic GBK with great staff and excellent customer service. GBK offers a wide variety of burgers and sides with food prepared freshly to order. The milkshakes are particularly good and worth trying out. They also offer a vegetarian burger option. My only issue with this particular GBK is the restaurant design. The room has very high vaulted ceilings, which make it quite cold over winter. Other than that I would absolutely recommend GBK as a great meal out.

Here again and still love the place. Lady at the till was so lovely and even threw in a dip and a refill even though we used my rewards app. I've always had nothing but great service and fantastic food. Sam was her name, nothing impresses me more when people are coming to the end of their shift but still going out of their way to give us a great meal. Really respect that. Hope management take note! Brilliant burgers!
