They were over 2 hours late (allegedly) delivering food [Hint: It never arrived] kept telling me "20 more minutes" every time I called to find out where my order was. Ordered from here to find a fly in the bag with the duck. Spoken to restaurant and explained I don't want to eat any of the order and requested a refund. The manager states he can only refund the duck yet sent a driver to collect the entire unwanted order. I have plenty of photos and will be taking

Ordered from Deliveroo, had previously been great but didn't notice the reviews had shifted. Food didn't show up, called them...no answer, called 20 times no answer. Cooked my own dinner and 3 hours later they turned up with a cold bag of "food". Avoid at all costs.
