A welcome addition to the area, it does trade a lot on its name, the burgers are nice but a little expensive really.
Shake was really tasty.
There was no real queue to get served, but a bit of a wait before actually getting the food.
Just amazing! The food, service and salted caramel milkshake were fantastic! In addition, Stacey was sooo attentive and asked us if we enjoyed our meal and if there was anything we needed. Highly recommended.
Good burger, nicely cooked. Only went fir a cheese burger with mayo, lettuce, onion and ketchup, small fries and drink but was enough to fill me up. I like that you can get either sachets of ketchup or larger pots as well as their own five guys mayo and free refills!
Burgers are superb, hard to find a fault really. Chips have too much salt for my liking and I do love salt! Handy tip: order less chips than u think as their portion size is massive! Beer, chips and a burger... Great way to start the weekend!
My husband and I love this branch! The manager always goes above and beyond and his whole team are so friendly and hospitable. The food is so fantastic and consistent. We cannot recommend it higher!
First experience trying five Guys... Heard so much about it and the experience was amazing. There was a tall Asian man who really helped deliver the best experience. I think he was the manager of the store and customer service was A one! My daughter loved their shakes!!!! Most places I've visited any burger place I usually find it quite dirty but this branch was clean and I felt comfortable taking my kid with me... Really child friendly
Undeniably good burgers and chips. Unless you're allergic to peanuts then you would need to steer clear! Pricey but honestly it tastes like a real burger and you get to choose any toppings you like.
The interiors are unique to the chain but just lack a certain something. You kind of feel like its not somewhere to hang around. But then its a takeaway first, eat in second. MIssing the days of Johnny Rockets American diners...but this is sort of similar.

Enjoyable experience
I cannot express with words how positive experience I had with the staff at this branch. I realised there I had lost my wallet which made me very upset. The staff was so helpful and compassionate that I was able to calm down. I literally left with the peace in my heart and smile on my face and found my wallet shortly afterwards.
Food is great but staff.. staff is amazing x

Great burger as always, but 5* is for the friendly staff and really clean disabled toilet. Usually disabled toilets are an after thought when it comes to making it look nice and keeping it clean, but this one was a pleasant suprise - thank you! :D
