A Slice Of Heaven

This seems to be a "family run" restaurant and that's great but it does cause issues with regards to business hours. Sometimes they're open and sometimes not. That's just how it goes with that style of business. I've ordered from here a few times and each time my husband asks where the food's from and can we not get it again. 😒 I've tried a few times thinking it was an off day but it's just not our favorite...to each their own and whatnot. Still giving 3 stars bc as I said this seems to be a family business, always kids sitting in the restaurant doing homework and such.

I have such a hard time finding good take out being a vegetarian and lactose intolerant. Little Slice of Heaven vegan pizza is absolutely amazing! My boyfriend even liked it better than regular pizza! I can’t wait to try their many other vegan options. I’m so happy I found this place. Can’t express enough how delicious their food is. I will definitely be a regular customer.

The only reason I won’t give five starts is because of the customer service and also the prices. The pizza is excellent but definitely overpriced for the area. Lots of variety. I’ve been in a few times for takeout and there’s always a question around who actually works there and what their jobs are. Random people seen walking in and out of the BOH. I waited over a minute to be rang up even though there was no one else in the restaurant, was not greeted or anything. The last time I was there, someone(manager?) was screaming at someone else in the back. He suddenly came out from behind the counter, stood in front of the tv and watched the football game for a full minute before coming back around the counter and barking at me to come forward. I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged by him until he called me over. Very strange and unprofessional in my opinion, not a boss I would want to work for. Pizza is good, but the restaurant itself is not a cohesive place and customer service could be vastly improved.

The larger woman behind the counter was so RUDE! Menu isn’t updated, asked for three different things and they didn’t even have them. The large woman just kept rolling her eyes as if I was doing something wrong.. when in all reality I was just asking for things I didn’t realize was on the menu. Dude in the back seemed fine, he took my order.. so I don’t know what her problem was! Not like they care, but I won’t be back.
