Review Hermitage Inn - Warkworth

A great pub with a nice selection of food and really friendly staff. There is a great outdoor seating area with an outdoor pool table, you can spend an entire afternoon here enjoying the warm weather and not want to leave.

Amazing food at very reasonable prizes, good company and very friendly staff. Really a little gem in Warkworth and we'll definitely be back. Very dog-friendly, our little fellow had a very good time with several friends 😉

Looking for something to eat and stumbled across this venue by chance. What a find, the staff very friendly and accomodating, found us a table for four and we found the quality of the food excellent. The food portions were all large portions and well presented. The venue felt very welcoming and if ever passing would definitely place this on my stop for a meal.

Lovely local pub, lots of seating and a friendly atmosphere from locals and the team. Thursday night’s pub quiz is well attended and good fun; arrive by 8pm to get a good table downstairs but there’s plenty of seating upstairs too. Dogs are welcome on non-carpeted areas too.

Great place to go for a meal or just a drink. Much larger inside than it appears from the outside. Inside has the feel of a typical village pub with a good choice of drinks at the bar. Friendly service and a good menu makes this a good choice when next in the area. Also worth a mention are the toilets which are surprisingly clean and contemporary.

Dog friendly pub in the centre of the village. Lovely old world feel which you would hope for given its location. Food was nice and brought out quickly. Prices were decent. Would certainly visit again.

Lovely cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. Had a beef & gravy baguette which arrived with a salad, coleslaw and crisps. Delicious lunch. Would definitely pop in again if in the area.

Only popped in for a drink after walk around surrounding area, pleasant man (presume landlord) behind bar, nice fresh feeling to the bar with lots of contented customers & dogs. Toilets very clean. Worth a visit.

Fantastic food, kids nuggets were home made chunks of fresh chicken breast, and kids fish bites were lovely and chunky. The beef roast was delicious and the sticky toffee pudding was so soft and fluffy, best sticky toffee pud i have ever had!
