Starbucks

I go here every single morning before work. There are a few select employees that are kind and care to get your drink fast and correct. Renzo is an amazing employee! This is a more busier Starbucks so they tend to take awhile even w mobile order. I order wayyy ahead so it's ready and waiting for me bc I don't have time to wait.

I moved to Bucks County not a long time ago, and my husband recommended me this Starbucks spot since he stopping here for coffee for years now. So far I like this place, the staff is very friendly, and the coffee and other drinks are good. Even though it's a little bit busy on weekends, 's not an issue, the staff trying their best to provide a great service!

My daughter and I stopped on the way to our 3rd game of the day. She asked for 2 cake pops, but they didn't have any. She asked for a toasted everything bagel, but they didn't have any. She asked for any bagel, but they didn't have any. They offered her the cake pop that was on display... and she took it. She didn't want to go elsewhere bc she wanted her drink. Needless to say I was very disappointed, but it's not the workers fault. The staff was nice. The drinks were good. :)

I visited the store on 2/3. The workers were clearly short staffed and working their hardest to assist all customers in a timely manner. Unfortunately this does result in long wait times but that’s part of not making your coffee at home. A woman at the registered was disrespectful to the workers non stop complaining about the wait when it was obviously extremely busy. A younger man came to help her and apologized for the wait and was super sweet. I believe he had blonde hair and an earring. She was extremely rude to him and he handled her with poise. While waiting for her drink she continued being rude to the same worker who was trying to help her get her drink faster. If you have an issue with wait times please make coffee at home these workers are doing a great job and are the reason we can get coffee at home. Kudos to the worker who handled the situation! I was very pleased with my trip and I will be returning

I was there for my wife not a big fan of their coffee. The store was clean staff was friendly and helpful due to the fact I had no idea what I was ordering. Just handed my wife's note to them and said this, please. Got home she and was happy. I am sure their coffee is good just an old guy that orders large black nothing more thank you for making my wife happy
