The shop floor is relatively uncluttered with aisles clear and progression from area to area is straightforward. Compared to other local supermarkets I find trips to Waitrose easy and simple.
Excellent and patient staff. When I was collecting an item at the desk and there were issues with the technology of logging it, they gave me 2 bunches of flowers, and 3 chocolates to say thank you for waiting. Brilliant clean store as always.

Fantastic customer service. My husband and daughter do the weekly shop every Saturday. Eva (Waitrose employee) had noticed that my daughter enjoyed the weekly shop and was always well behaved - so she gave my daughter a bag of Maltesers as a treat. Thank you!
Great store selling everything I needed for my trip away, with a lovely looking cafe & that also has a good sized carpark outside, can't wait to return & the staff seem to be very nice.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the Staff at Waitrose Warminster. They have been incredible over the past 2 or so weeks and more so since the UK went into lock down. For me personally, they have made food shopping in these difficult times a very calm and pleasant experience. They are fully respecting people’s personal space and enforcing all of the Government/NHS guide lines. Despite all that has been happening they have maintained a polite and considerate manner, even when many people have behaved so poorly in recent times.
Hopefully more people will see this Review and give them the the praise they all deserve.

Very Nice staff. The majority of customers are a bit like-minded to us particularly in the cafe and around the store, being polite and considerate. We rely on Waitrose for advice about products, especially in their wine & spirits department. They offer very good quality products and we have never, in the four years we have lived in Warminster, experienced any problems associated with product returns. The staff are always very helpful and cooperative in such matters.
Overall, we would rate the supermarket 10 out of 10.
First time to this store.found everything we needed. Definitely return when we are in the area.
Clean & tidy with plenty of room for a large powerchair to get around.
Nice coffee shop with accessible tables at the front. We meet my parents here once a week and the staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful.
