Oh my! Huge queues inside and in the drive through at 11 on a Sunday. Staff were polite but because of the orders, everything was so slow. The queue took ages to go down and no-one seemed happy who was waiting. This was quite a depressing visit and not what I expected.

Drive through quick, but staff member didn't even say a word or respond to "Hello" at the window.. he blanked me and just held everything outward whilst looking away. Didn't even tell me which drink was which and I couldn't ask as he was busy looking behind himself
Absolutely disgusting attitude. Arrived at 20:59, staff refused to serve me. Online states drive through open until 21:30 yet there was a bone in front and they said they wouldn't reopen. Jokers
Could of fetched the coffee beans quicker than they make a complete coffee in this place. Staff are miserable and not friendly. Have friendlier encounters with Tesco Automated Checkouts.
