Lovely family ran fish and chips. Always feel welcome and service (and chat) is superb! Food is fresh, prepared with care and even though we live a 15 drive away the fish is still nice and crispy when you get it home.

It's one of the best fish and chips I've had around here. We had it with mushy peas and some chicken nuggets. I'm going back for more. A very friendly man at the counter too.
Work stop over, so not local. Fancied fish n chips. Googled near me, saw the ratings, looked proper local chip shop. Had Haddock n chips = Top stuff. Friendly staff, 5 🌟
We had a party for our Daughter Ebony’s 21st. She didn’t want a fancy buffet she just wanted chip barms. Dollingtons the chips were amazing and the barms to die for. Everybody commented how wonderful they were. You delivered on time to the venue, Thank you for making another wish on her special day happen. Can’t recommend you enough so helpful with what we wanted and needed. Just Perfect.

Best fish and chips in Warrington. Every item I tried (cod, chips and braised steak) was head and shoulders above anything else I've tried in the area. The team here know their stuff and every item is delivered to the highest standard. The staff were also thoroughly lovely. If I could give it a 6 I would.
Amazing chippy! Absolute hidden gem, the beef dripping makes everything to die for, shout out the the owners. Fish is always spot on and recently tried the braised steak… words can’t describe how tasty! Best thing is, you don’t feel terrible after it, must be down to doing things Propper, not in veg oil ! Thank you!!!

Everything fresh and cooked perfectly. We never go anywhere else for fish&chips, it’s unreal! Very good portion sizes as well and the owner is really lovely
Absolutely fantastic fish and chips, you don't get many like this these days! I also ordered a spam fritter and a cheese and onion cake to try which were also fab. Was a pleasure to speak to the owner when I collected too.

Top quality food, I was working nearby and had to visit just for the smell coming out of the fans at the back, he cooks in beef dripping which is unusual this side of the Pennines. Really nice guy who owns it told me you don't get indigestion like you do with veg oil and he was right, also do fantastic sweet pies with custard. I don't live in the area but would definitely make the effort to come again.
First visited on Good Friday after seeing recommendations online. So glad we persevered with the long queue. Fish was beautiful, light crispy batter and the chips were homemade, all cooked in beef dripping. We also had the Haggis rolls and curry sauce, so tasty. They make their own pies as well which are really really good. The cherry ones were lovely, served with custard. The owner is really friendly as is the lady who served us. Would highly recommend.
In town for one night for work and found this little gem. Just had a simple cod, chips and mushy peas and it was delicious. Big portion, very friendly service and very inexpensive compared with what I pay at home. The rest of the menu looks great as well and I’ll certainly go there again next time. Highly recommended.
