Just had fish and chips they was delicious. And the fish was huge thank you will order again soon. The delivery time was spot on aswell thank you again
Food is usually great from here, but the ‘chicken curry’ was a bizarre looking concoction and tasted and like it was from a tin; cheap cubes of boiled chicken and a very watery ‘curry’ with no real taste. We also ordered ‘chips, rice and curry’ at the same time and this curry was the usual, lovely c
Tasty food with reasonable delivery times at a very good price. Only drawbacks are occasional issues with stock - especially with the hot chicken wings, and occasional mess ups with orders. Given time, these issues were all corrected eventually.

We have not had a takeaway in 2 months because of Corona, I ordered our food via the Just Eat app, we got our time to pick it up, I drove to The Kingsway, the food was ready, I paid & left. When I got home, we ate our food, Donner Kebab & chips with salad & a Kebab with Pita bread & salad.

We ordered in tonight, and the food was gorgeous....I'm not easily pleased, the chicken kebab with salad was the best I have ever had, even my fussy ten year old demolished it... everything we ordered was tasty and on time.. will definitely be ordering again, and definitely recommend xx
Just been to kingsway fish bar under new management can I say thanks again for the food we have just picked
up 2 fish and a large portion of chips they were both excellent will definitely use them again staff really friendly i ask to taste the chips before buying as the old one where horrible chip
Looked at reviews but thought what the hell. Had a chip barm yesterday lunch time. Chips were fresh. It was a large portion and to be honest it was like going back 30 years when chips were good.These chips were perfect and tasted really good. It was well worth the wait.
Hats off to the staff at this chippy tonight , they were bombarded with 'just eat' on line orders , customer phone orders and walk in customers ( 2 at the counter max at one time.) . The staff were running around like crazy and the food was still delicious when i got it home ,

The fish and chips we had from here were delicious. It was a bit awkward having to download the app and order on there to pay by card when there in person.

Ordered off just eat. Delivered in no time at all and donor kebab was absolutely delicious. Will be back for more. 👍👍👍
