Had breakfast here with my hubby and son and it was beautiful and the staff are very friendly, well worth a trip out here, the garden centre itself is well worth a visit, will be going back real soon

The cafeteria today was extremely poor. I was overcharged for food, some of which didn’t arrive. The food which was served was barely edible and a complete rip off. You also need to conduct some staff training in order to prevent your till staff from over charging and to clear tables instead of leaving them with dirty plates for over an hour. We certainly won’t be back!

My 2 yr old grandson loves it here. The outdoor play area keeps him happy until we're ready to eat. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food is really good too! That's why we keep coming back. Well done.

This is our 3rd year visiting santa here. Normally a magical experience but after the visit today we will never go back. Only 2 of the elves got involved with the activities (there was 6 in the room, the others just stood talking to eachother). All they were bothered about was pushing the bears on us. Santa was just saying loads of random stuff that made no sense, no nice story or anything like that, just something about a boy who was on the naughty list but got put on the good list because he made friends with naughty boys. Just not magical at all. Dont waste your money people. We went to cherry hill a week ago and that was fantastic.

Paid a visit to Arcadia today for the Santa experience, which was awesome and the most authentic Santa ever but was even more blown away by the beautiful owls! Got to hold 2 owls one being the biggest eagle owl I've ever seen. A truly great experience and the owls owners were absolutely fab! The experience made my day! And all they asked for was a small contribution of change for birds of prey! Pretty awesome!

Just been and tried cheesecakes which looked lovely but i was so disappointed. Chocolate orange had no flavour and knickerblocker glory one was tasteless too. Toffee and fudge slightly better but all more mousse than cheesecake. Will come back to cafe for scones and coffee but definitely not cheesecakes.

Absolutely disgusted with our visit yesterday -the 'build a bear' is an absolute con!! Your child is encouraged 2 pick a bear & stuff it & after they do that you are then told that this is an extra £10! No signs up explaining this & no one told us at the till on arrival. Then u share your Santa experience with loads of other families & kids - not personal at all & then the present we got was clearly a poundland reject & not at all age appropriate for my child!! Plus the rip off cafe staff were very rude & unhelpful when i asked for a clean tray as all the ones out were covered in milk & ketchup. Do not recommend & will not be coming back! Total rip off at £10.95 each!

We started with A little walk but the elf/staff didn't seem to realise that the rest of the customers couldn't hear her and the owl, then taken into the workshop to build a bear, and I think they was some Christmas decorations activity but this wasn't explained so we didn't have a go. Then santa, short but sweet. The end. Not magical at all, wouldn't recommend it.

Unbelievable staff helped me today massive thanks to all involved in retrieving the keys from the fountain incident. Special thanks to Paul who seems to have the patience of a saint and Maria from the cafe also the lads that helped drain the fountain.. .. A total Bridget Jones moment from me providing the entertainment for onlookers and staff. What a credit to have such a lovely helpful team xx

Second year running we have been and my kids throughly enjoyed it. It's a magical experience for the kids with the presents dropping down the chimney

Had a lovely afternoon at santas grotto! Elfs were very joyful and santa was brilliant, interacted with each child the best he could while he told the story and handed out the presents. Highly recommend! Definitely back again next year x

We visited the Grotto today and it was fantastic! The Elves were great with the children and Santa was super! He was so friendly and patient. The gift my little boy received was perfect (a double decker bus). We couldn’t fault the grotto experience.

Went to see Santa today and it was magical!! The elves were so cute with our 2 year old, she even went to them and happily completed the craft activities. We made a lovely bunny and Santa was fantastic. The whole experience was ran well and all staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Our little girl's face when she saw the bunny again was worth the extra £ , but I didn't feel we were forced into buying it. The whole morning was gorgeous, we will be back next year. Also the cakes are amazing!!!
