My family and I love this place, we have never had an issue here. The have a big variety and offer more soft serve flavors than anywhere I can think of. We have enjoyed everything we have tried. The service is really good too. It’s ice cream and it’s ice cream done right so ignore the bad reviews and stop by because it’s totally worth it

Zero stars. No signs with prices. Just paid $5.16 for a medium twist with Jimmie’s. Three licks and it was over. An inch and a half of ice cream and they don’t dip the cone so you get minimal jimmies. Will drive across town and go to Roy Boys in NK. They give you 3 times the ice cream and dip the cones. This place sucks.

I had the worst experience tonight ever. I got severe attitude for one of the employees after asking a simple question about the punch cards. I asked if i could use more than one full punch card on a transaction or if my friends and i should just do separate transactions. One of the girls didn’t understand my question and called over a different girl who gave me severe attitude about asking the question and gave snarky responses then we had to wait like 5 mins to get 2 small ice creams even though there were 3 employees working and no other customers. the young guy then slammed his window shut after i said we were still waiting for one after the first one came out. As a former employee i am shocked at how downhill the customer service has gone.

Waited in line for 40 minutes to find out they ran out of vanilla softserve ice cream. There’s 1 young clueless boy working. I guess the owners don’t care about him or their business. Many angry customers waiting. It took him 20 minutes to make a shake for the guy in front of me. I won’t be back

Very good sizes, but the flavors my wife and I picked were very weak. Worth going back but we'll definitely try different flavors.
