Vk Plant Based Diner

We ordered a vegan roast each, one with seitan chicken and the other with the chicken Wellington. The portion size was large and it had a bit of everything - the cauli cheeze was our favourite. The lady serving was lovely and the food arrived fast. Atmosphere was chill and the place looks cool. Make sure to book ahead by phone or email... Many people turned up without a reservation and were turned away. Overall the food was great and we can wait to came back and try the wider menu. Its great to see places like vegan kitchen outside of cities.

Loved my first visit here! I phoned and booked ahead to go on a Sunday lunchtime (it was busy so Im glad I booked ahead). I said on the phone that I was gluten free and they were so helpful on the phone. The food was amazing and staff were so friendly. Really looking forward to going again and will be recommending to friends.

A real gem! We visited on the 22nd July 2023 after parkrhn and we're pretty much the first customers in. The place is really nice with some brilliant decor. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The food was brilliant too, my breakfast was very tasty my wife's avocado looked fantastic. Both were generous portions and good value. It's a great place and well worth a visit. We usually go to Costa after a parkrun in that area but I think we've found a far better venue!

I heard about Vegan Kitchen a couple of of months ago and finally tried it today. When we arrived there was a large group of cyclists having coffee outside and all the tables inside were reserved for Sunday roasts so we thought we might be out of luck. Fortunately the lady serving was amazing and fitted us in before their rush started. My partner suffers from a pea and lentil allergy and the lovely lady (sorry didn't catch your name!) checked the ingredients of the dishes we were interested in to see what was suitable. I went for the Chick'n and mushroom pie roast, and my partner had the chickpea and spinach curry. The food arrived really quickly and was absolutely delicious, really generous portions too. I'd never tried a vegan Yorkshire pudding before but they were great. We finished with a slice each of the amazing cakes on offer, a strawberry cheesecake and a chocolate fudge cake 😋 I would highly recommend Vegan Kitchen, the food was top notch and the service was so friendly and helpful. I always prefer to spend my money with local businesses, I really love what they're doing here and we will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Didn't really know what to expect but the food was incredibly good, vegan or not the food is good enough for everyone, the absence of meat wasn't even a thought. I had the nutter burger and wife the chilli, both tasted amazing and you tell it was prepared by some who actually cared. Highly recommended you give a go vegan or not.
