The staff at Five Guys Watford branch offered a very warm, friendly and welcoming hospitality. The food service was excellent and prompt from time of order. The bottomless beverages offered a great variety and the taste was not watered-down. You know sometimes you get bottomless beverages and their dispensed with quality, that was not the case here. All machines were working including the ice machine too. Well done guys and keep up the good work 👏

The girl who served me, Gosia, answered all my questions, did not limit herself to taking my order but encouraged with such passion that I ordered more than I had planned. And I do not regret it because the food was delicious. The shop itself is pleasant and above all clean. I highly recommend!

Their cheeseburgers are so good and their skin-on fries are the best fries from any fast food place. Plus you get lots of them. The shakes are like having a dessert! Sure, it's expensive, but totally worth it and delicious as a treat once in a while.

Stopped here after an afternoon of shopping with my teenage daughter. The food was lovely, evenly priced (don't expect McDonald's prices more tgi's but the food is worth every penny) and the staff were helpful. The seating area was a little messy. They could have done with someone going round, clearing up. But it was a Saturday so maybe they were just short on people and busy.

You can't go wrong with a 5 guys. We were in a rush to get to Harry Potter Studios nearby so I made our order online and it was ready to pick up. Consistently great with super efficient service.

It was a busy time and I saw the team who was working hard. My order I received quickly and the bacon /salted caramel Milkshake is my famous. Definitely I will come back

This was my first time at 5 guys and although dearer than others like MC d or bk the quality is definitely better.chips are just like nandos and are great.not many people were in while we were eating,so not much of an atmosphere but the staff were friendly.would definitely chose 5 guys over the opposition.👍😀

Great burger, no real options for kids so the will have to go with the little burger and that’s just a normal size single burger. Large fries could feed a family of 4. And free refills with your soft drink so if you are a family no need to each get a drink.
