John Lewis The Place To Eat

I came into the Benefit counter in John Lewis in Watford and was served by Donna Poloczek who was busy but made sure I was comfortable while waiting. She was very engaging and incredibly helpful in helping me choose the right products to suit my needs. I have never had such brilliant customer service and having worked in the industry myself I am very aware of the difference between someone who cares about their work and who is just going through the motions. I left feeling really positive and that she really cared about my needs. I would come back and hope to be served by her again. Brilliant service from a very lovely woman. Rosie Mead

Fantastic shop, great as a new mum, easy to get around and have great facilities for feeding and changing, the cafe is nice, good food options. Carrot cake is amazing! Staff in all the departments are helpful and friendly. Lots of online ordering too, and had good experiences every time. Well done John Lewis.

Quality retailer with a good choice of items. We were looking for some furniture, they offer a good service in this area. They also send you up to 5 samples of the fabric to your home, for you to choose what coverings match, so makes it even easier to choose what's right for you. Would recommend the service and quality of goods.

Great shopping experience. Knowledgeable staff. Great layout. Car park is a nightmare. Spiral roads in an out are far too narrow with alloy scarring cerbs waiting to bite. If you need to pick goods up from John Lewis collection area DO NOT EXIT. Remain inside the barriers otherwise you will have to leave and re-enter. Car park is a ridiculous layout. But shopping mall is very good.

I was in there with my 5 year old granddaughter, which made my visit pretty fraught but, the staff are very nice. They don't hover over your shoulder all the time, but are there with help and advice when you need them. The store has a wide range of of things to suit most tastes. Things are a tad expensive, but if you want good quality and friendly service then I would recommend John Lewis

The shop itself, once you've finally managed to park up is really lovely. My only problem is the two little lifts they have. I took my girlfriend in her wheelchair and we waited forever before one arrived. It's a fairly large store and the friendly staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable. If you need to use the lifts though you'll be spending a lot longer than planned.
