Gourmet 4 Watford

Great night ! Food couldn’t fault it , service bang on went beyond, and Monday madness and 20% discount for following on Instagram,if anything my daughter would of ordered large not small pizza as they can’t/don’t tell you they take highest value off bill on 2-4-1 and other daughter got four not the the tacos as stated on menu ? But not really tacos as not crispy? But 5* all day

Went in to gourmet Monday night for a quick meal (escaping from the moody wife as per usual). Ordered a pint of Camden which was very refreshing despite the barman seeming to have a bad wrist. Ordered a portion of bacon fries which arrived with very little bacon, but the young lad took it straight back to the kitchen and sorted it out for me. Very happy with the service

Recently went for a meal here, new restaurant to me so thought I’d give it a try and what can I say, ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! From the service to the quality to the price everything was perfect. I had two great lads serving me, made sure I took their names just so I could praise their excellence (Josh and Blaydon), who provided brilliant service, welcoming me into the restaurant and taking my order hassle free. Would definitely recommend to others and it’s a 5 stars from me!!

Went to the pictures today and stopped off here after to try them out. We thought they weren’t open as we couldn’t see anybody inside at first then realised there were two families tucked out of sight eating with one member of staff serving. The waitress was friendly and easy to chat with, my lad ordered a small pizza; I had the caveman burger (great name so had to try it!). The food took its time though and considering by now we were the only two people in the restaurant it was surprising how long it took, just under 25 minutes which if we were going to see a movie after eating could have been an issue, I mention it because one of their stated points is to have your food out within 15 minutes which is good to know when you’re eating at a place next to a cinema as long as they meet the target. The food, when it arrived, was very very good, the pizza was well cooked and full of flavour, not burnt or bland. The burger had a lovely smokiness to it and was nicely done, lettuce and tomato was very fresh and had a great crunch to it and the bun wasn't dry or soggy, probably one of the best burgers I’ve had when eating out. I gave this 4 stars because of the time issue and the fact that they missed one of the ingredients from the burger (resolved with a discount so not a major issue) but despite these points we will be going again as the food was very tasty and the service was good.

Took my wife and daughter into the Gourmet 4 Watford this evening and really enjoyed it. We are from Bradford and we're down here after visiting the Harry Potter Tour. We arrived an hour before closing but were greated by a friendly front of house lady who took us straight to a table. We weren't able to get the app to order food, but our order was taken and the food arrived fresh and hot within 20 minutes. A real shame that there aren't any Gourmet 4 sites near to home as the food was amazing! Also, all the staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable. Many thanks to the lady that sat us down (and took our payment!😂). She mentioned she'd only been there a month but you wouldn't have thought it!
