Things we liked/enjoyed:
-Greeted by the door by a friendly stewardess/manager. She was enthusiastic as well.
-Using the app, was straightforward quick.
-Speed; we were going to watch a film so we're conscious about timings, it came within 10 minutes of ordering (there weren't too many people, so might have helped in the kitchen)
-Food was quite nice and just as expected. I ordered the fat veggie burger and my husband ordered the cheese burger- which he also said was very good.
-Ambience was quite nice as well, had a rustic/Mexican vibe going on with some good lighting.
-Cleanliness- we didn't visit any toilets but the place looked quite clean and hygienic.
- checking back with us to make sure everything was fine.
Things we think which could have been better:
- make sure there is cutlery/napkins available before food arrives.
- ask if we want any condiments (we did).
Overall, we had a good experience and will be coming again. Hopefully the last two points will be met and we look forward to giving 5/5 stars!

Went to the pictures today and stopped off here after to try them out. We thought they weren’t open as we couldn’t see anybody inside at first then realised there were two families tucked out of sight eating with one member of staff serving.
The waitress was friendly and easy to chat with, my lad ordered a small pizza; I had the caveman burger (great name so had to try it!). The food took its time though and considering by now we were the only two people in the restaurant it was surprising how long it took, just under 25 minutes which if we were going to see a movie after eating could have been an issue, I mention it because one of their stated points is to have your food out within 15 minutes which is good to know when you’re eating at a place next to a cinema as long as they meet the target.
The food, when it arrived, was very very good, the pizza was well cooked and full of flavour, not burnt or bland. The burger had a lovely smokiness to it and was nicely done, lettuce and tomato was very fresh and had a great crunch to it and the bun wasn't dry or soggy, probably one of the best burgers I’ve had when eating out.
I gave this 4 stars because of the time issue and the fact that they missed one of the ingredients from the burger (resolved with a discount so not a major issue) but despite these points we will be going again as the food was very tasty and the service was good.
We were served by a very friendly waitress Clare, she had such a kind manner and helped us with the menu choices. The food was awesome, never tasted those flavours before, my chicken fajitas were super tasty. Thanks definitely highly recommended.
Took my wife and daughter into the Gourmet 4 Watford this evening and really enjoyed it. We are from Bradford and we're down here after visiting the Harry Potter Tour. We arrived an hour before closing but were greated by a friendly front of house lady who took us straight to a table. We weren't able to get the app to order food, but our order was taken and the food arrived fresh and hot within 20 minutes. A real shame that there aren't any Gourmet 4 sites near to home as the food was amazing! Also, all the staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable. Many thanks to the lady that sat us down (and took our payment!😂). She mentioned she'd only been there a month but you wouldn't have thought it!
Our waitress livia was very welcoming and attentive. She made our dining experience a really enjoyable one.
The food was good, we benefited from a 20% discount as we went to the cinema and we also had a free desert which I think is a weekday offer.
The meal (we had Mexican) was nice. Maybe not a meal that will stand out in your mind, but tasted good and was exactly what we were after. The service was excellent. Manager could not have been more polite and eager to make us feel comfortable so we could enjoy meal out.
Had a delicious food today near to my vicinity. Burgers are from heaven, I tried fried wings in chipotle and buffalo sauce which had amazing taste. My friend and I recommend this newly open place to all. Front Manageress and smiling staff are welcoming so polite to welcome you which is icing on cake. Hygiene is at its best. Overall good experience. Will try 3 Amigos next time for sure. Good luck.
Currently sat In here for a date night with my better half. The service is absolutely fantastic, with great customer service from both server and bar staff; in addition the food was amazing and could not get enough. Would recommend and they definitely will see us again! Loved it. 😍
Went in to gourmet Monday night for a quick meal (escaping from the moody wife as per usual). Ordered a pint of Camden which was very refreshing despite the barman seeming to have a bad wrist. Ordered a portion of bacon fries which arrived with very little bacon, but the young lad took it straight back to the kitchen and sorted it out for me. Very happy with the service
Great night ! Food couldn’t fault it , service bang on went beyond, and Monday madness and 20% discount for following on Instagram,if anything my daughter would of ordered large not small pizza as they can’t/don’t tell you they take highest value off bill on 2-4-1 and other daughter got four not the the tacos as stated on menu ? But not really tacos as not crispy? But 5* all day
