Used BK app on Friday night .. got great deal on food.
I ordered chicken royale meal.
The food was nice , hot and well packed.
The reason for knocking one star down is for staff been very unfriendly.
Asked a guy serving behind the counter if he could serve but he was very rude and started with no and then said “we are very busy , use the kiosks”.
I also confirmed if we could use app vouchers on kiosks ? He pointed at the kiosk again and said “Click use my voucher “ on their.
So 4/5.
Not sure if I will go again there.

Had a BK as the local KFC was closed. Nice change, and the chicken was tasty. Staff spotted a missing order item just as I was leaving.

Food as expected when you have a BK but the person serving was clearly having a bad day! Well that's what I hope they had so much Sass with all of the customers. We ate in and checked it wasn't just myself the Customer service was lacking/full of attitude we only want a Burger and fries it felt like we were on an episode of Love Island in the middle of a tiff.

I adore this Burger King!
The staff are friendly and approachable.
The food is always completed in a timely manner.
The restaurant is always presented well.
It's also delicious.
I have never had an issue here.
I'd like to give a personal shout out to Chloe. She's an asset to this team. She's efficient. She's overly friendly. She's a hard worker.
I definitely recommend!

One of the best fast food restaurants at Junction 9. The restaurant is always tidy, staff are great and always helpful. My personal favourite; Chloe! A brilliant member of the team, always at hand to answer any questions or solve any problems I have.

The place was immaculate outside and in.
Service was fast and efficient. All the staff were dressed in uniform and spoke with a smile.
The food came out looking exactly the way it does on the tv or posters which I've never seen before. The salads were fresh and crisp, it was all delicious.

This BK is very clean but is just so expensive! You get free refills on drinks which just about makes up for the hole you have created in your pocket. At weekends and bank holidays this place is near enough impossible to get too as it is so close to IKEA, B&Q, and all the other stores at the retail park so it is best avoided if you want to avoid the long queues. You can finally pay by card also so you no longer need to carry vast amounts of cash to get a whopper meal.

in a hive of other food stores in one area of wednesbury. not as popular as the others. good offer on drink refills. good management of the 2 local high schools to ensure comfort of all patrons. good menu but not as cheap as mcdonalds. good kids meals but again alittle expensive.
