Went to the greggs on Sunday afternoon. Mohammed was very helpful when I asked for the hot sauce dip and provided really good customer service. Food was good although the chicken bake was lukewarm. Mac and cheese was great as usual.

Just to bring this to management's attention, one of your staff named Nat was extremely rude to a customer in front of me, it was almost as if she was shouting. Really need to provide adequate training on customer experience to her.
