Five Guys

Ohhh man… it was awesome and delicious as hell. The burger was very juicy and mouthwatering. I only eat a burger and friends of mine had a whole menu. The put in so much extra fries, that I could even eat some as well. The service was good and very was. I like this company very because you know what you got and this every time in the same good quality! The only little negative thing was, that the drinking machine ran out of some drinks.

Doesn’t really get any better than this. I’ve had burgers around the country and nothing hits quite like 5 guys. Imagine my surprise when I found out about the cajuin fries. Whoa nelly, we are talking game changer right there. 4 stars because the price is a little high. I would come more often if I could justify the price to the cuisine. Definitely a good “treat yourself” moment. In summary, good burgers, good fries, and be prepared to pay a little extra for the quality.

I am more than happy writing this review! It’s been over a year since I have engulfed a Five Guys meal and I was greeted with such an amazing welcome from the beginning to the end of my visit. Sean, the General Manager is such a gem! Although our world is not the same due to Covid-19, you could feel Sean’s warm smile and welcome behind his mask. His genuine spirit brought a smile to my face and family. You can tell he cares for his customers and will go above and beyond to make sure their visit is superb from beginning to end. Great customer service plus amazing food 😊 #HappyCustomer

I ordered on line: 4 burgers for me and my 3 teenagers. Only ONE burger was prepared correctly. Although I ordered 20 minutes in advance and the app read that the order would be ready in 15 minutes, my son had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Then, he was handed the wrong order. He gave it back and waited longer for our order. I will say that one of their processes worked perfectly: they perfectly processed my credit card for a near $80 order that they got wrong! Hey, 5 guys, I tried to call you to tell you about our messed order but your phone number went to voicemail. Please reach out to me to refund my money for the 3 burgers that you did not prepare as ordered. Thanks.

Will NOT order food from this 5 Guys ever again …ordered thru Uber and Uber was the only thing good about this order ! Uber arrived to pick up my order and they told Uber they gave it to driver already (gave my order wrong person) Uber had to wait for them to remake and when I finally got it , the burger was disgusting. It was a soaking messy and so wet it was sponge like …and was luke warm…thru the burger away !!

We ordered an 80$ family meal and they got every single sandwich and milkshake wrong. When we got their they tried to give us some else’s order. You cannot call them from the number on their google page. The food is at least 50% grease and they have the worst service of any fast food chain I’ve ever went to. 0/10 Dot not eat here.
