I’m sharing bc I showed the staff and they said there was enough chicken in this salad . Seriously there isn’t even a quarter cup . I often order business lunches from here but am very very dissatisfied with this salad. Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star and I’m close to going back in, but since I pointed it out already I don’t feel like they’d even do a thing. And since I’ve already waited for it (knowingly, there wait times are at the least 15 minutes) I need to eat something for lunch now. Just really bummed about how they handled this for an over 11 salad, and I tipped. Sad 😞 .

Very disappointed that I drove all the way to purchase a salad for lunch only to find out you can either order a salad from their list OR IF you want the salad made your way; you can have that, BUT you have to go onto their online ordering app and order there, BUT since my phone service was not GOOD there, I couldn't get on. So I explained to her I couldn't connect, and with 5 people standing around doing much of nothing, she said, oh sorry!!! .....ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????? I wanted to email "corporate" and not have to post hear, but cannot find any email address anywhere..... Too bad they passed up business for their asinine rules, god forbid they take care of their customers!!!! And I have to say I do love their salads, but their customer service needs ALOT of tweeking!!!

This place is awesome. Super healthy if you're looking for a light, yet filling meal. My wife and I split one salad and even I felt satisfied after. You must try their vegan oreo cookies!! The staff was super friendly, they were kind enough to split our salad into two bowls for us since we were sharing. Also they had Connect 4 which kept us pretty entertained. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a gourmet salad.

They no longer have online ordering. I call, they put me on hold for 10 mins., then they hang up. I call back, they pick up and hang up. I didn't say word other than "Ok" when they asked to put me on hold. If you don't want my business, fine - but don't waste my time in the middle of a busy day. Not sure if this is a management or employee problem, but you lost my business for life and I can only guess at your food safety if this is how the front of the house is managed.
