I go in to this Jamba one and awhile. Well today I went in for my free birthday Smoothie I was shocked to see how rude this worker was to me. I showed him the coupon to better understand what size cup I’m allowed to get with the coupon and his response was “ Well you have to order something first” so I order a Vanilla Blue Sky and he asks me what size? I responded with “a small right”? And he replied “ I don’t know I guess” and I told him that’s why I showed the coupon to know what size to get. He responds with “ well scan it to actually get the smoothie”. I believe his name was Rashad. I was extremely mad because it was for my own birthday will not be coming back.

Came in recently and ordered a smoothie that’s supposed to be on the secret menu, at first it seemed like it wasn’t possible to make my smoothie exactly the way it was intended but Anthony and his manager were able to make it happen! Anthony was quick to help me with this little issue and make it possible for me to get almost the same drink I asked for. Thank you Anthony for being kind, and willing to help me! The smoothie was so yummy ✨

First off, I love Jamba juice. It's spot on about 90% of the time. Today confused me. I went to the Wellington location and ordered 2 PB Banana smoothies with an extra fresh banana in them. I've ordere the same thing for almost 10 years and it's almost always perfect. Today, after making the smoothies, the girl cut up half of a banana and split it between both smoothies. But she cut it into slices and added them to the top of them?? That was the weirdest thing ever. Still a good smothie but it would have been better it was all blended together.

I am giving one star for my order tonight. I come in almost everyday and get the same thing PB+Banna smoothie with whey. The morning crew gets it just right, smooth and consistent. Tonight I was craving it and decided to go in....it tasted like watered down milk. I went back a second time and asked if she could remake it....same thing. I can still see the ice in it. Tasted as if there was no banana or peanut butter. I noticed she used just the little bit of whey that was left (was not a full scoop). Again, tasted as if it was an iced milk. But the ladies in the morning perfect
