Premier Cafe

Lovely hidden gem of a café, located at the rear of a medical building, with a few dedicated parking spaces. The café is nicely decorated with bright furnishing and simulated trees, skies and grass. The coffee/espresso strong and flavorful (and not charred – you know what I’m talking about…). My bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich was delicious, though pricey at $8. The tip is earned here also as they’ll bring the food/beverage to your table. Definitely a nice respite from the coffee chains. If you’re going to work on your laptop, I suggest bringing a mouse pad as the tables have a reflective texture.

This place is amazing, great quality coffees and foods. Great vibe and a beautiful place. I would have given it 5 stars, if it weren't for their retail hours. They're closed Sunday and Mondays, 8a to 3p during week days, and 9a to 2p on Saturday....it sucks. It would have been great if they were open til at least 4 or 5pm. I'm lucky to squeeze time in to pick up my favorite coffee from there, otherwise I'm rarely able to make it in time due to my own schedules but I'm sure others can agree that there should be longer hours for coffee lovers. So you either hit it or miss it!
