Domino's Pizza

This is the pizza that they delivered to my house! Immediately I called and spoke with the manager, she advised me there would be a credit on my account! As you can see I was unable to Eat most of my pizza! Well when I called to place my order there was no credit available and I paid $12 for this pizza. Not even 24hrs later I stated than I wanted a refund for this order since there was no credit on my account! The manager I spoke to whom I sent the pictures to her phone wouldn’t even get on the phone to speak to me! She told the person on the phone that I needed to call and speak to the GM the next morning between 9-10. It’s rude that the manager wouldn’t even get on the phone. Thief’s lie and just take your money! I’m also emailing corporate as well. During a time like this nobody should be treating their customers this way!

They rushed me while I was ordering and after 2 phone calls and going over my order 3 times they still couldn't get it right. 2 pizzas, bread and 2 garlic sauce. They forgot the sauce. It was first item I ordered, I dbl checked with him and called back to make sure and still they forgot it. They were rude and even the manager had no sense of urgency to rectify the situation. He tells me next delivery he will send sauce. Soooo. I ordered paid and waited my turn for my food to be delivered and they made a mistake and now I have to wait for another delivery to go out before I can get my garlic sauce? Seriously?! Unacceptable. This is the perfect example of a pathetic work ethic and poor management skills.

Called at 9pm and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Decided to drive to the location while on hold. To my surprise, no customers in store and staff standing around talking. Turns out they close their doors at 9:30pm (watched as they turned off light to sign and locked the door). Perhaps it was a way to kill time til they lock the door. SMH.

A DOMINOS THAT WON’T SELL YOU PIZZA. Called in… not taking phone orders. Drive in after a long day of work… won’t even take my order in person. INSANE. Literally YOU DON’T WANT BUSINESS. I’ll be sure to go to another location in the future as this will be my last resort. What absolutely poor customer service. How are you going to maintain business when you turn your cx away? Especially after they drove to your location TO PLACE AN ORDER. This must be a non for profit location. So, I go back in to speak to the manager who says, we can take it sure but it’ll be 40min… well if you took my phone order I wouldn’t have to drive here and sit at your cramped facility for 40 min waiting on pizza.
