Good idea and design, kids enjoy. They have poor customer service and are overpriced. The events hosted by the venue are a joke, very unprofessional. Maybe hire an event coordinator or a professional in recreation management for the safety and experience. Birthday parties are extremely high. Only allowed to bring cake, all other food must be ordered by them, which is understandable. The pizza available is offered by local pizza company, Joey's charges customers an extra $6 per pizza ordered. After speaking to management, he said "we are in the business of making money." Managment did mention that they offer free days for foster kids and have discounted admission for kids with special needs. But with an recent visit had an issue honoring promotions for my son on the spectrum. Maybe better experience for some but, as a parent & educator, very displeased with my experiences.

My daughter just had her birthday party in May. My 7 year old always has a blast and her party was no different. Joey's upgrade to their video game machines was much needed and made the party much more enjoyable ; as the kiddos didn't have to lug around a bunch of tokens, instead they had their pre-loaded cards and all the games worked perfectly.
Our hostess was fantastic! The staff overall was very friendly and attentive. Thanks Joey's!

I love the fact the owners hire young people that are good with kids. They don't just stand and stare at them or run off to talk to each other- they play and interact with the kids! I got to meet the owners and their son Joey. My kids loved playing with him. They took an idea: a safe, fun, clean, and cool place for their son to play and made it reality. They have a cafe (it is pricey but no more so than other children play places). They have great amenities for adults; I use the exercise equipment while the kids play. They have good wifi connections, nice tvs and comfy areas to sit and work. They have extra stuff for additional prices like headphones and massage chairs. I love it, I just hope they have some great summer specials so we can go often!

Nice indoor place. If you look hard you can see the "wear & tear" on the place but the staff is friendly and attentive. This is much better than Monkey Joe's by far. The games are a bit pricey. $5 min for game card w 100 credits. Most games 20 credits or more. The food is your average fast food w prices the same or just a bit more than the others. The only issue i have is that they charge for 1yr olds. We went August 2nd and my daughter turned 1yr on July 12th. I paid $11.72 w tax for a baby who could only play with blocks in the baby area. 😢 My suggestion would be to charge at 3 and up so they have the ability to enjoy the whole environment.

Our daughter always loves to go to Joey's and never wants to leave! Game machines have been upgraded and a new bouncy house and a trampoline in the old toddler area are a great addition. Plenty of hot and cold snacks too!

We recently attended a birthday party at Joey's and had a blast!! I was surprised how long the party lasted, how much fun the kiddos had & the amount of things that there were to do. My children's ages are 11 years old, 8 years old & 6 years old and all of them had fun on the equipment and playing with other children. There weren't too many "coin games" and the kids got a lot of physical fitness---yay!!! We appreciated the time we spent at Joey's Outback Adventures. I wonder how they are able to "make the bills", however, in this beautiful Florida weather--must be tough from a business standpoint! We wish them the best and hope people continue to support this happy place in Wellington! Fun!

My son had a great time. The place was very clean and not crowded. They have an area where parents can watch tv and a screen that shows the multiple camera monitors in the area. That way you can watch your child no matter where they are at.

The game machines are rigged to loose and they don't mind it that way even thought their customers are all between the ages of 5 and 10 yrs old. 4 tokens for a dollar and 4 tokens to play most machines. kids lose their money in a matter of minutes, owner happy kids sad... went there on a field trip with a school. each kid paid 17.00 admission and got one slice of bad pizza. The bounce houses were included. They didn't even include any tokens with the package so the kids that didn't have money weren't able to do anything else once they were tired of the bounce houses.. Is it necessary to take full advantage of little kid?
