Food went downhill the last few times we ordered. Tonight I had the worst chicken franchese ever. The chicken wasn’t cooked all the way, it was pink and rubbery. The sauce barely had any flavor and there was barely any pasta. My daughter’s personal pizza was stuck to the box and more than half of it was ruined and had carboard stuck to the bottom. I normally don’t leave reviews but the last few times the food wasn’t good, this time topped it for us.

The Customer Service is Amazing, everyone knows your name. The food is impeccable, my favorite dishes are the Eggplant Parmigiana, Shrimp Scampi, Meatballs, and Sausage &Onions... everything i get there is cooked to perfection. The owners are very sweet worldly people who put a smile on my face everytime i sit down. The ambiance is quaint the music is my favorite part sometimes they have jazz and sometimes they have 80s classics.

I repeated order and they still got it wrong. I called to order and they didn't tell me I needed to come to their other location to get my order so I wasted 15 minutes. Food is cold now and no one seemed to care when I expressed my feelings of being upset. Never going back. If they are doing that much business that they don't need mine then good for them. By the way no customers dining in as usual. Domino's pizza is better then they are. Sincerely Charles

The pizza is delicious, some of the best I have had outside NYC. Unfortunately they are very slow, pick up is rarely less than 35 minutes and delivery is usually an hour plus. As long as you take this into account and order early you should you enjoy the pizza. The stromboli is a good choice too if you want something different.

Awful services, the personnel working there is very rude, treating you as if you are an offense to them not a client that is keeping them in business. Very disappointing, same experience every time I went there, but this is it, no more for sure. No wonder there is nobody dining in ever, the restaurant is empty every time you go in. Neither less to say price wise they are pretty expensive.
