Dunkin'

I get a macha tea latte with oat milk every day, I started going to other dunkins because this location always made the drinks with no effort they never tasted good I decided to give it another try after a few Months since I had a free drink reward and my large tea cup was filled halfway with cold foam....I asked why it was only half and they said they didn't know what to tell Me, that they mixed it and the cold foam filled the cup, it's an extra 1.75 for oat milk, I don't expect a smiling face from someone working at a dunkin but I do expect to get what I paid for and I have never gotten that at this location and when I try to ask for what I wanted I always got attitude and no solution

WORST customer service! I went for a coffee. The man taking orders acknowledged my presence, told me 1 minute, while he kept drinking his coffee while talking to another employee about their life; after 10 minutes I asked him again if I could place my order… told me 1 minute again….. I left without a coffee. No wonder what on a Sunday at 1 pm place is empty and other two Dunking Donuts are full. Bathrooms are disgusting.

Worst Dunkin, I am so disgust by the Customer Service ( the manager) there , I will never go to any Dunkin again, as usual, there was a long wait with only three customers in front of me, but when it was finally my turn I ordered the $3 iced Latte they had advertised and he told me I had to use the app to order it or it would be $4 something, I told him that I never used the app and referred to his advertising pointing out that it is not saying to use the app, he told me to use the app and step aside and he steered at me, well the whole thing went back and for and some other customers got involved as well, I finally was so fed up and just left the store to never return again

They are always short staffed, and year round, during the morning rush, they’re very slow. The employees are always running off their feet doing 600 jobs at once because 6-8 am. Ive been coming here for 5 years and nothing’s improved. I feel bad for the staff, but I also find it ridiculous that most days you can expect to wait up to 20 minutes (if not longer) for a coffee and a bagel if you come at the wrong time. I know many people who no longer use this specific location due to this reason. This is also unfortunate because this location is convenient to many in the area. Im not sure who is responsible for this but I hope things will improve soon.

Customer service is horrendous! Located in a nice area but management really needs to step it up and teach/train the staff. A simple "how may I help you?" or "please/thank you/you're welcome" can change a customer's experience. If you care about how others great you and treat you, stay far away from this location.

Horrible experience both times. Had the same cashier and both times she was hateful and rude. My coffee tasted like hot water with no pumpkin spice flavor at all this morning. When I told her she instantly got a major attitude with me.The exact same attitude she had last time she waited on us. She needs to get the chip off her shoulder. Without customers she has no job. I will not be going back. Ill drive to the the one Foresthill and give them my business.
