Taco Bell

DINING ROOM CLOSED!!!! We arrived at 11 am for lunch today. The sign on the door said open 9 am to 9 pm daily, but the side door was locked. We finally got a worker's attention and she pointed behind her. We assumed she meant come to the front door. That was also locked and after getting her attention again, she pointed to the drive-through side. We walked around there and had to go up to the drive-through window where we were told the dining room is closed. This is in FLORIDA where all dining rooms are open in June 2022 and have been for almost two years. The workers were too lazy to come to a door to tell us that and too lazy to put up a sign. Never going back there again.

Woman on the drive-thru window on 3/26 was extremely rude. She yelled at me to back up to behind the window instead of waiting normally at the window, and it made me feel like there was something shifty going on because she did not want me to see in. I would have just left for a different Taco Bell if I was not picking up my friend's order too.

My two kids went in to order their food instead of going through the drive through. That was a big mistake. The staff there were took everyone's order inside and made them wait until they serviced the drive through first. Over 20 minutes later, after several people complained, they finally gave everyone there food. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We will NOT be going back there and will let our friends know about our experience. 😡😎Ken
