Chili's

We placed a curbside order to go, and literally, we received the most disgusting meal I have ever seen/tasted. 1) It was ready 20+ mins after the estimated time (nbd compared to the rest of the experience), 2) we received an extremely undercooked steak when we asked for “medium” which is a major health code violation…. and, 3) the burger we ordered had literally one tiny pickle and a dash of ranch… worst of all, when we called to speak with management about the issue, they tried to push gift cards on us… why would we ever want to eat any of this trash again? honestly, just save yourself time and money and eat somewhere better for roughly the same price (like Mole, the Mexican restaurant right nearby).

Stopped in for a quick bite on Sunday night. Place wasn't very busy. There were a lot of tables though that needed bussing and floors that needed to be swept. Guess we came in after a mad rush? Anyway, we started with the Triple Play. Ugh! Don't even waste your $15.00 on this junk. The chicken tenders were tiny, hard, the meat inside was like rubber. The deep fried cheese balls were good, but not a lot of them and the TexMex Rolls were pretty good. Actually the best thing on the plate. We both had the bacon burger with fries. I ordered mine medium. Was nice and juicy and not too bloody at all. Bun was soft and fresh, meat was seasoned nicely. Came with mayo, tomato, pickle, onion and lettuce. Nice size Burger too! My fries were perfectly cooked, a decent sized portion in a little metal basket thing with wax paper. My friend's fries looked very greasy though. Yikes. She had to blot them with a napkin. Her bacon burger looked equally as good as mine. Overall a decent meal except for the Triple Play. Will never order that again. The two sauces in the picture were left over from the Triple Play.

Asparagus were not cleaned properly, rough ends were not cleaned and they were raw. Corn clearly frozen all mushy. Waitress was nice but overwhelmed. No silverware, no napkins or straws. My 10 year old don had to go get them. They said at the beginning it was free salsa and chips but never brought them.

Worst Chili’s on earth. Service was just as bad as the food. There to celebrate our mother’s birthday. Food was served cold and server never returned to refill drinks not one time. Never checked on us to retrieve our plates, my wife and I actually took my family plates and put them on unused tables behind us. Our server saw all the empty glasses and dirty plates on the unused tables when she was handing out the bills to our families. The Restaurant only had 3 other families in the entire restaurant, not busy at all on a Thursday night. Never will return to this particular Chili’s on 441 in Wellington Mall. Just Awful!
