I tried the #1 Philly chicken. Chicken is okay but lacking seasoning and it's dry tasting. But everything else about the sub is great, veggies are fresh, cheese is great. Fries are nice and crispy.

Terrible service reps with bad attitudes. I drove from West Palm Beach to purchase two subs. It was a 20 minute drive, I was in before closing time. Two young Spanish ladies were working. When I went to place my order she said y’all were closed and it wasn’t 8pm. I asked her for corporate number and she said she didn’t know it. I was so upset. I came in time before closing hours and my order was refused. I am a long standing customer. This is terrible service, don’t waste your time.

Cashier had the Nastiest and rudest attitude ever, I even ask for the manager information and she refused to give it to me I’ve never been treated with such disrespect before in my life, I will never eat from Charleys in the Wellington Mall again.

Usually love eating here but be careful with ordering curbside. I order curbside cause I had my dog with me and couldn’t go inside. The phone number to call to tell them you are here is disconnected. I had to flag down someone from chick fila and they made her bring my food out. Luckily she was very nice and helped me out if not I would have had to leave my order there.

I don't know where to start! I enjoy the subs and this is my go to place when shopping at any mall. This location is the worst experience hands down. Ignorant, and very attitudinal employees young immature to say the least. I'm still waiting for a callback from corporate.

Very rude the lady threw the food at me once I got it, she wouldn't even put my to-go order in a bag! Wouldn't recommend at all!
Management needs to replace staff ASAP!!!
Even McDonald's has better customer service!
