Braum's

Pleasant experience at Wellington Braum’s store, today! Employees were buzzing around the kitchen and counters, working cooperatively and efficiently, as customers were served from the counter, as well as the drive through window. The grocery staff was also efficiently serving customers and observant of his surroundings, ready to assist. The dining area was clean and free of clutter. When I informed the front counter staff that they were doing a great job, they said that they appreciated hearing that. The ice cream orders were all delicious and well prepared. I felt comfortable eating inside the store, where social distancing was observed. Tables were clean, too! The coffee was a bit cooled down, but was actually very good. Thanks to Mary and Co-management ( whose name I didn’t catch). Kudos!

So asI write this I understand this just isn't a Braums issue . This is a young society issue . But it happened at Braums . So they get the review. I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:29 to order lunch. What was the response...... we are not serving lunch until 10:30...... SMH. I was thinking this is part of our society that wants to run their mouths and force their political and social positions in our face and doesn't have a basic grasp of customer service. Again I know it's everywhere but if I was Braums I would definitely do some training on why they are there and the person that was just told to pound sand over a minute , is the reason they are there and making a paycheck in the first place . Just a thought
