The second worst McDonald's that I have visited in the United States. The restaurant is filthy and the manager, Rosario, doesn't seem to care that multiple customers habe been waiting over 30 minutes for food

Food is bland and burgers were mushy. I had a number 7 meal. Ordered a large meal. The fries container was only half full. This happens pretty consistently at this place. Won't eat there again but can't beat the $1 tea.

The person taking the order through the speaker could not understand plain English and got my order incorrect 5x. After only ordering two items tea and coffee, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes and when they brought the drinks they were the wrong sizes anyway! Super annoying!

Have visited in the past.. normally service is quick and friendly.. this time I went in.. no one waiting at the counter.. the drive through had cars in line .. but no one in line at the counter!! Waited 5 minutes.. to order.. the lady bagging orders looked at me said something to the fry lady.. they laughed.. and went on about what they were doing... a few more minutes went by.. I ask if the counter was open.. she said it will be a minute.. I could use the menu board and order in the lobby.. I just want to order and leave.. not learn how to work at McDonald's.. so after a total of ten minutes in your lobby and no one can to the counter.. and three employees seen me there.. and spoke to me.. I walked out and went to burger king .. I have always stopped at this McDonald's when I make a turn around to Cheyenne to denver... I will rethink that.. fast food is getting to high to get rude service.. or want me to do half the work.. I came in.. stood at the counter.. there was a reason... the folks in the drive through are no more important than the folks that got out of their vehicles and walked in... you want my money.. treat me with respect.. have a nice day

We ordered on their stupid machine which was a mistake. When it takes you 10 minutes to select two cups of coffee the human interface guy has no idea what he's doing. On the other hand eventually two cups of hot good coffee.

This McDonald's this one in Wellington is beyond bad service. I live near it and it's the most convenient, however I tend to go to the one 10 mins away for better service. More often than not they mess up my order. If they get it right, I can almost guarantee the next time they won't. Getting my order right is so out of the ordinary. Completely unacceptable

Probably the slowest McDonald's ive ever been to. Waited 45 min with about 10 other people and left without my order. Employees were non-responsive and avoided any interaction. It was noon so it was busy, but nothing I haven't seen other locations handle easily.

The kid at the drive thru was great, very friendly and enteric and took our order correctly! Unfortunately we didn't get exactly what we ordered. We ordered 3 triple cheeseburger meal, cost over $30. Got back on the highway miles down the road only to find out we were given 3 of the Mcdouble bundles ($3.50ea) so my bill should have been less then $15. Ripped off.
