This place has the very beat authentic Mexican food!! Rosie and her staff go over the top!! Very worth going to!

We enjoyed being the only ones in the restaurant on a Thursday at 4PM. The guacamole had large chunks of avocado, the salsa was fresh, the chips we're salty, and the Margarita was fine.
Hats were a special treat.
Ordered two children's quesadilla meals, one children's bean and cheese burrito meal, a Chile relleno meal, and fajitas de pollo. The serving size was perfect, and everything was eaten up.
The staff were plenty friendly, but there was no waiting tables.

Had breakfast here on the way to Utah. Perfectly home food for my vegetarian family. Such a great host and she gave Rosy’s T-shirt as a Christmas give. Loved this place. A must stop on highway 208, smith valley.

The Crunchy tortilla with cheesy meat was so satisfying. It ends up averaging three bucks per taco but they are pretty good size. I'm going back soon...
