Excellent Food The best dining experience my husband and I have ever had together. We were driving home from a weekend trip in Moab and stopped here on a Sunday afternoon to grab a late lunch/early dinner. It was quiet and not very busy and we were led to a back room corner without anyone else in the room. We were thankful that the there were no music, and that the room had romantic lighting for us to enjoy each other's company without sensory overload. The smells in the room were delectable coming from the kitchen, convincing me I had to order a menu item with steak. I ordered the sirloin salad, and the pieces of steak were decadent. I was supremely pleased with the flavor and cooking. It tasted incredibly fresh. The salad had garden fresh veggies, though not finely chopped and blended into the salad. I ordered it with the balsamic vinaigrette which was a good choice. My husband ordered the fried chicken. While waiting for his entree, the staff brought in order and at a reasonable pace homemade chicken noodle soup with homemade egg noodles, then a fresh loaf of bread (still warm from the oven!) and garlic butter, and then a small salad with garden fresh veggies. However, he was not brought fried chicken...he was brought chicken-fried steak. He does report though, that when he saw it, he felt "this may not be what I ordered, but it's what I needed." The meal came with adorable homemade curly fries topping the plate and a slice of watermelon. He said he enjoyed it immensely. This was a refreshing place with excellent meat and a great value for the amount of food and quality of food they give you. If I were to change a few things, they would be the following: - I really wanted to get a lamb kebab in a Greek style but apparently they only serve the lamb kebab in a Southwestern or Asian style as opposed to the Mediterranean style offered for the other cuts of lamb. - I would have like to have more details on the menu referring to what is in the salad I ordered and more details on the menu in general. - We were seated in an area where we could not see the bar or specials, and our waitress did not review those with us. - There is no dessert menu, which was a bummer. - My husband did order the fried chicken and instead got the chicken fried steak. He is very go with the flow, but I believe that mistaking the order like that could be grievous if it was someone else. - Our server seemed to me obviously new, and since it wasn't busy it would have been nice if a more experienced server was still shadowing or training her. Overall a great experience! We are bummed we don't live closer so that we can't take advantage of the delicious meats, homemade foods, and careful attention to quality more often.

We were there for the first time this past Saturday with my friend. We both got the Special. We really liked it. Our tall thin server was great. (Sorry I The food was great. For the price and location of this place, its really pretty good. The decor is "dated" but kind of fits! Part of the local charm I guess.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but they've got a fantastic chef and high quality food. I had the special today (which ended up being parmesan crusted salmon on a bed of pasta with lemon sauce) which was superb! My wife had steak, which was also fantastic (pictured).

So, let me start off by saying our server, Tracy was awesome. Very attentive, and friendly. But, the cups were dirty, the food took over an hour to get to us, and when we got our food, most of it was cold, and very bland. The fries were not cooked all the way. They over cooked the steak. Over-all it was not a good experience. Don't waste your money or time here. It was terrible.
