A really nice café. Staff were genuine and friendly, and took pride in what they did. I had a great vegan breakfast which was very tasty, and really well presented. The black coffee was really good too! The atmosphere and décor was very pleasant as well, would highly recommend!

Popped in for tea and cake having heard good things from a friend. My friend and I enjoyed a tasty plum frangipane, fruit scone and a pot of tea. Lovely atmosphere and good service. A place to return to for sure.

Had Afternoon Tea here today (2nd August). We were an hour early for our booking but were given our table as soon as it was free instead of having to wait. Food was lovely, plenty of choices and tea/coffee, we had to bring some of the cake selection home as there was more than we could manage. Really great value for money and friendly service too. Highly recommend.

We had a voucher as a gift from our son for afternoon tea. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend the cafe for a relaxed, laid back experience. Scones were delicious by the way

Booked in for afternoon tea for two as I had been given a voucher as a gift. What lovely food and service. We were asked a number of times if everything was ok and did we need a top up on drinks. The interior is quirky and it felt inclusive for children, adults and dogs. I think as it's level a wheelchair could get in and there was room between tables. Afternoon tea was so filling had to ask to bring some home with us. I would recommend and definitely return.

2nd visit we had lunch this time. Mum had the ploughman's which was presented lovely with good variety. 3 cheeses, ham and pork pie. The pie was the only let down every thing else was delicious. I had pastrami and cream cheese bagel. Delicious, bagel wasn't hard and enough for lunch. Was busy for a Wednesday lunch time. Drinks are good the smoothies and shakes coming out looked yummy feel that I need to try. All reasonably priced. Good atmosphere. 3rd visit, menu changed, Mum had the maple glazed ham, egg, chips and beans. 2 slices of ham delicious, I had avocado, mushrooms, scramble egg on sourdough with a chilli sauce again delicious. Atmosphere as good busy for a Monday.

What a lovely place. The staff is creating a warm atmosphere and it’s more like a big family where staff even takes time to have a quick chat instead of just quickly taking your order and your money. I personally don’t mind waiting a minute longer for a amazing service. The food is always delicious from the all day breakfast to the new creations the chef comes up with( burgwich or flatbread pizza in pictures) as a regular customer I’m always looking forward to the next visit
