Very cute cafe. Food was very good. Liked the atmosphere. It was a bit quiter inside, which I enjoyed.

Really love this place. I am a newish customer of only a couple of months.
Booked a couple of tables there for groups of four or more. And always had a nice table.
Staff and owner are lovely and so friendly. Tables are cleaned down properly after every guest.
2 x toilets spotless and one fully disabled accessible.
I have only been there for breakfast. And sampled their big breakfast (full English) and fabulous Eggs Royale. Not many places get the sauce right. But these guys do!
My children have eaten there twice. And they do a mini children’s bacon and egg breakfast. I love their bread / toast as it’s proper bread. My children were not keen.
Also their menus state ‘Heinz baked beans’. Those beans are definitely not Heinz. That probably needs deleting from their menus to comply with trading standards. Beans were very bland. And everyone who had beans disliked them. That’s my only criticism. That and the erratic music choice. Which has varied from music torture to obscure.
Please buy better beans, and subscribe to more upbeat universal music.
We enjoyed an afternoon tea at the Honeypot and the food was excellent. Lovely atmosphere and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Liked the games that were available on the tables too!
Visited at 1.30 during prime school holiday time...had to wait a few minutes for a table... perhaps we were lucky... could be longer wait
OMG the fishcakes...yum diddly yum yum.... organic... locally sourced ingredients and boy can you taste this..... hubby and son had the honeypot cafe breakfast and what they did to the grilled tomato was..... banging
The guy waiter was spot on being agreeable to changing mushrooms out for baked beans

I have been to this place a few times now and I can not recommend enough. Quality produce, consistently good food. Staff are very attentive and it's a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

My favourite local cafe. Michael and his team are very welcoming. Good service, great food, all cooked fresh, all local produce.
I love their breakfasts, lunches, cakes, and teas. Favourites are hot chocolate, bacon sandwich, crumpets , lemon curd, coffee cake, and sausage sandwich.
Their afternoon teas are amazing! So much choice, delicious scones, fab sandwiches, and fancies.

Amazing cafe, many if not all ingredients locally sourced and the big breakfast tasted great. Lovely service from the owner too who really makes you feel welcome. Can't wait to come back for lunch, the menu looked very original
I was given a voucher for this cafe as a gift. It is a true hidden jem. The staff are friendly, food tastes amazing especially the cakes. And I even took some home to share with family.
Lovely café. We went on a Saturday morning without booking which was a mistake as they were very busy. However, they put us on an empty table that was reserved for 40 minutes later so we just had time to have our cooked breakfasts - delicious. Staff were very efficient and friendly.

Pleasant surroundings and staff. Food Nd drink all good at average cost.
The service and staff were excellent, the scones were really light and fluffy. The tea lovely. But I was sad as the place was dirty. The tea cosy on the tea pot was tatty and stained. The tables covered with brown rings where they needed a good scrub. We loved having the games on the table but they were sticky too.
Always good food here although the coffee isn't strong enough for my taste
This cafe is always fantastic with great service and delicious food but at the moment it is even more magical with a Harry Potter themed twist.
It's my birthday today and they were very accommodating as we were a party of 6, 3 adults and 3 children. The owner found us a table guessed it was a birthday and put Happy Birthday sprinkles on the table. I was then served my breakfast with an umbrella in it. Thank you for making the start of my day Special
