We always stop off here when visiting the area to buy local produce which we can't buy back home. Great selection of cheese, chutney, wine and spirits. Prices are cheaper than the tourist spots too.

Lovely delicatessen in the heart of Wellington offering good old fashioned service and a fantastic array of cheeses, wines and spirits. Their bread and pastries are particular highlights. The cafe is a great meeting place for coffee and cake with friends. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous place. The shop is more of an emporium with a huge stock of quality produce. The cafe section serves delicious food and the staff could not be more helpful. The make you feel very welcome and the whole experience is an absolute pleasure. We have been twice and look forward to our next visit.

I had been looking for a specific tea bread for a Christmas gift for my mother in law. It was very hard to locate.
This wonderful place (especially a gentleman called Paul who was amazing) went to the utmost lengths to make sure I got the item I wanted and that it arrived well before Christmas time.
They kept me informed via phone and email every step of the way.
I really can't sing their praises enough.
I would certainly recommend these people to friends and family.

We received a cheese hamper from the cheese and wine shop as a gift (as a pair of foodies this was a perfect treat). We were blown away by the quality and variety of cheeses, many of which you cannot find in the supermarket and some which we had not come across before.
The hamper arrived fully iced and very well packed for travel to London.
The quality of produce was exceptional and we would not hesitate to recommend the cheese and wine shop to anyone looking for that ideal treat for food lovers.

Wellington Cheese and Wine Shop gave us superb service for the cheese for our wedding. They were very helpful in store, offering advice and samples! Were great at keeping us up to date with changes to our order, even making sure part of the order wasn't a surprise when something had been ordered by my fiance rather than me and were very flexible in who collected the order. The cheese its self was excellent and highly commented on by our guests. Will use again and highly recommend!
