We stopped here for a light breakfast and we were very impressed with the venue, food and service. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. Background music was playing. They are dog friendly and provide snacks, blankets and a water bowl for thedogs.

A great new addition to Wellington and Somerset with a very fresh feeling menu and relaxed stylish atmosphere. A very welcoming entrance for non-residence local customers and a massive plus for anyone staying here! A very good range of gluten free options with many meals already gluten free. Sensible prices throughout the day and a very clever approach to a menu available for most of the day with afternoon teas and cakes/snacks between 2pm and 5pm each day. The menu allows you to ‘kind of’ pick and choose from lighter bites, salads and sides to make your own meal with platters to chose. Very tasty quality food with heathy fresh options. And if you just want a morning to coffee and cake... don’t feel you can’t as the restaurant is designed as much a coffee and drinks place as a midday meal or evening place to relax or celebrate! With indoor and outside seating with views across to the Blackdown hills you can’t go wrong with a visit here.

Stopped for coffee and a quick bite to eat. Good coffee, food was ok and the atmosphere was good. It's a little on the expensive side for a snack, but it's still a nice place to go.

We had a lovely lunch. I enjoyed the food but thought the portion sizes were on the small side. I would have liked more bread to go with the wonderful cheeses.

It was pleasant, could do with a little extra something, maybe thd music could of been better as the tape repeated itself over & over.

Have not been to The Cleve for a few years and enjoyed my lunch in the new garden coffee house. It had a lively atmosphere and has been beautifully done out. The warm Goat's cheese salad was delicious. Certainly have it again. Good coffee too. Thank you

Lovely cafe tucked away from the town. Quiet and comfortable, their staff made us feel welcomed and nothing was too much bother. Will definitely come again soon.

Fantastic breakfast & afternoon tea. Even better on a sunny day sitting on the lawn outside.
