Authentic Indonesian cuisine. Love it so much. The atmosphere also very cosy. They have this pandan latte. Must try! However sadly they are closing. We are very lucky to be able to try just a week before they closed.

The family is well experienced with Restaurant Indonesia in Napier and obviously know hospitality. Menu is smallish but varied enough that there's a choice for all. If extra spice is required then definitely get their house made sambal sauce. It's excellent.

Food was awesome, especially hot spicy taste will suite/amuse people who like spicy taste n sick of creamy sweety flavors at most of the restaurants here. However staff appeared to be a bit less trained because I popped over there for a take away but she straight asked me that have I got a booking in advance. I got a bit confused as she stopped us just at the doorstep and spoke quite loudly. It felt a bit weird because usually such questions are asked at the reception while taking an order or in a slightly low tone.

We were here with a super empty tummy and still not impressed by the food.
We tried the fried duck maryland and Buddha bowl. duck is dry and bland. would recommend adding more flavor to it. The Buddha bowl is good.

This small unpretentious café has a secret weapon. Outstanding service. In the small opportunities for interaction during my purchase of a small espresso I could not have been more impressed by the authenticity and attentiveness from the young barista. The coffee was great too.

Absolutely loving the food here.
It’s nice to have more halal restaurants opening in wellington.
My husband and I ordered the classic indonesian meal which is the Nasi Goreng and Ayam Bakar, and we loved it. For me, I feel like the taste was close to my home as I haven’t had my home food in a while.
Would definitely come back and bring my family here!

Nice to have dinner at Seroja, Indonesian food restaurant, taste good but not a cheap price as it's an exclusive dining. You can try the authentic Indonesian cuisine, includes the desserts and beverages. The portion is normal. Customer service was good, the staffs are friendly and helpful. They also have café menus for breakfast or brunch.

This is the only authentic recently opened family owned Indonesian cafe restaurant in Wellington. The food is just superb, great location, atmosphere and staff. Wellington is fortunate to have a gem of a restaurant that will leave you wanting to go back again and again.
