Pho Viet Street Food Dixon Street

We LOVE it here at Pho Viet. Alex and the crew are so charming and lovely. I’m so lucky to have gone as many times as I have- I never had access to Vietnamese food back where I’m from, and every time I’m so glad I tried something new! I always suggest people go there to try something new. The staff are friendly and mindful of letting us know the status of our food, checking up on the meal and our drinks. I’m always so excited when we get to go out and see everyone. Atmosphere is lovely and the food is to DIE for.

I have been to this place a few time and really love their noodle soup range, specially the spicy beef noodle soup. I also really love how they have the mini spicy sautee bottle on the table as well. I added quiet a bit to my soup and it was delicious. I tried a new dish this time which is Soft Shell Crab salad and fell in love of how they cook the crab. Really recommended 100/100

A popular place. Food was tasty and there was a good variety on the menu. We decided to share so that we could try a few. Service is friendly but they were busy and we had to wave out a few times to attract attention. Found the restaurant was quite noisy due to design. Overall worth visiting and was reasonably priced.

I was meant to take a photo of my crispy tofu bao buns but they hit my belly before it was even a thought - sooooo good! I did manage a photo of the egg coffee but it does not do it justice at all - this is heaven in a cup! If you love vietnamese coffee and haven't tried egg coffee before then you are missing out on a real treat - Pho Vet delivers the best I have had in NZ and they are consistently good at it - it's more than a coffee, its an experience. I will continue to go out of my way to come here when I'm in Wellington as they are the amazing at what they do - great vietmanese food and coffee, cooked, prepared and served by people who love what they do and enjoy sharing it with others.
