Great place to try some niche indian food. Liked the presentation. It on the pricier side but it worth for the quality products they use.

I'm writing a biased feedback here being an Indian myself. This restaurant is only Wellington good at best. Could be better with a little more items on the menu and improvements in some dishes.

This is a fantastic chat place right in the middle of the city. The ambiance is chic and the Aaloo Tikki chat took me back to my childhood. By far the best tasting street food that is super authentic and lip smackingly delicious 😋 a sure shot visit if you are in Wellington!!!

We ordered several dishes amongst 5 people and every one was amazing. We even got to try the award winning jackfruit burger, which was really good! They also have a decent beer selection including the beer that was made as a prize for the burger competition. The design and atmosphere of the restaurant is also fun and servers were super friendly and helpful.

Loved dining in here last week. Food isn't cheap but very tasty. Service was quick, particularly the tall Caucasian guy who served us was very knowledgeable about the menu, very attentative, helpful and friendly. Made the experience more enjoyable. Food came out in minutes and was very flavourful. We weren't there during a busy period so results may vary regarding quickness of food service.

Didn't get to try their winning burger last year and this was my first time eating their offering. The price was on the high side and note if you order the butter chicken, do not expect it to be the normal butter chicken with rice portion, they said the butter chicken was one of their best dishes but our butter chicken was very dry and hard, can't say I recommend them, however, the lamb was good (even though I am personally not a lamb person) soft and flavourful, the fried potato was very unique with amazing sauce, it's one of the best along the fried fish. The momos are very generic Chinese dumpling Style and it's a bit like the ones you can buy from the frozen section. All in all not extremely impressed, especially considering its reputation, but passable.

Lovely place. Many seats even for big groups. The rustic place is somewhat an irony to the Indian cuisine. However, I like the atmosphere Servings are smaller but well-presented. We tried the fish kathi, rajma and chole bhature and they were all tasty. This is also a drinking place with alcoholic drinks. Good for after work meetup.

Absolutely delicious food! We tried several dishes and every single one was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant. I would suggest getting multiple dishes to try different flavors. Also, the service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly.

Highly recommend. For me, this was the best Indian cuisine I have had in a very long time. Evert dish I had was different in its uniquely delightful flavours. The staff and service were great, friendly and well informed regarding the dishes. I left feeling like it was a pleasure for someone to cook for me.
