We had a lovely meal for lunch with the family yesterday, with 2 little ones the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Food and drink was delicious, fabulous place and would definitely recommend.
I’m so glad we popped into the globe last night with friends. The pub was full, the atmosphere was fab, the staff were welcoming, helpful and polite, we ordered from a great menu and when our food arrived none of us were disappointed!!! Compliments to the chef � it has been a long while since I’ve had such an enjoyable meal, and in such beautiful surroundings. If you get the chance to go, make sure you check out the downstairs loos, with the funky brickwork!!

Just got back from a night at The Globe. Had a great nights stay, room was lovely, staff attentive and helpful, lovely sun deck and great food. The only thing letting this Inn down is no parking but manager was very helpful in finding as a parking spot.
I have eaten many crab salads in Wells over the years but none compared to the one served here, there were salad leaves but it also had asparagus Spears and new potatoes, artisan bread and a lovely dish of pickle and one of tartar sauce, the crab itself was a good size and had a beautiful flavour. The surroundings are pleasant and the staff very friendly. I will definitely be returning.
Totally dog friendly pub & hotel! Had a lovely chicken & egg roll with streaky bacon! So driffent but nice ! Very relaxed ! Even mr pickle got a treat!
Great two nights at The Globe Inn, we were extremely well looked after, as was our 20 month old daughter. Food was great (we were there for steak night), the only constructive point that I can think of is that I would have loved a slightly better continental selection at breakfast. Some fresh fruit other than the fruit salad, and fresh pastries would have been fantastic (and what I would expect from such a lovely establishment). Apart from this, our stay was absolutely faultless. Thank you so much �
A nice hotel restaurant. Welcoming and with friendly staff. Food is good without being spectacular, though my wife said she really enjoyed her beef. Worth going if you're in Wells.
Very nice place to have a meal. We tried the venison burgers which were amazing. We had our meal at 2pm when the crowds had cleared. Staff were very friendly and attentive. A good place to eat outside and watch people go by. Would definitely recommend.
Had a lovely meal here. The service is great and food delicious. Would recommend the salmon main. Very tasty!
Very good food and very well presented. Staff very helpful and polite. Menu limited, but in current circumstances, very understandable. Good choice of beers.
